I got a call from this number, I answered the phone, on the other line was a Indian guy, or at least one foreign people with accents, telling me something was wrong with my computer. I have been getting these calls and researched online, so I already knew it was someone trying to scam. I kept them on line playing dumb, lol. It was the most fun I had in a long time.. DO NOT GO TO THE WEBSITE THEY SAY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.........

Call came in on 10/6/2012. ID said "Name not Found". Female Person said, "Hello? hello? hello?" and hung up.

Received a call from this number today. The caller ID said Unavailable, so I don't know who these people are. I didn't get a chance to screen this call so I just answered it.
As a previous poster stated. She had an Eastern Indian voice. She started the conversation with
["Hi my name is [couldn't understand] and I am calling about your [hard time understanding] operating system (?)]
["Are you the primary user of the computer?" ]
Me - No
["Could I speak to the primary user of the computer?"]
Me - Um? Who did you say you were again? And who are you with?
" [ once again hard time understanding ] "
Me - You said you're calling about my computer? What kind of computer do I have? Do you know?
[ sorry? I need to talk to the primary user ]
Me - Do you know our names?
[ sorry? You don't have to do it] - CLICK
... Sorry, but if you don't know my name, the name of the person you are trying to call, and know NOTHING about the subject in which you are calling about, you are going to be treated as all other "strangers" I'm NOT giving you that information!! Nice try Scammer!

No message...just phone calls. I can only block so many #'s on my phone and I feel like when I block one # whoever these idiots are just use another #! I am so sick of all of this, I want to have our phone disconnected as we have cell phones, but my husbands objects.

Wife got a call--Eastern Indian female voice tried to tell her she had a computer problem and wife told her we knew there was a scam going around. Person (obviously not a "lady") told wife she was full of it (and my wife appropriately indicated that she thought it was the other way around and hung up.
Caller had audacity to call back and when I answered, she complained about my wife's language. Go figure!!

asked for me by name. When I asked who it was, he hesitated. Then said "a friend?" I said "I doubt that."
He hung up. My computer then showed that I might have a trojan virus and took care of the issue.
what could he want? I blocked the number.
