The number suggests it´s from Estonia, the range between +372712**** and +372719**** is from Skype numbers and small IP telephony services that use these numbers for their outgoing calls.

I got a call from this number (+3727122489) on 26th Feb, 2009 at 10.39pm. If i call back there will be no dialing tone... Who could be this?

Number suggests that it´s from Estonia but the range of 7121 to 7129 is used by Skype so it can be used anywhere. The number is probably some premium fee number.

Well,, looks like i'm not the only one, But the number i received is different +3727012802, I googled the first three #s and it turned out to be from Estonia, I mean are you serious?! Estonia? On what planet this Estonia is, Never heard of it before, And guess what.. i tried to call back and all i heard WRONG NUMBER WRONG NUMBER TRY AGAIN LATER, Now how is that possible?.
