i received few calls from 380 445 86 17 51
who is this person?!

silence at first, then a woman saying, "hello, hello" then hanging up

I have been getting this too, I am up here in alaska- my friend left a message and gave me his new number it wasn't the 380 445 8628 number he told me, but that is what came up in caller ID, I believe this to be one of those prepaid phone cards or track phones he was using? He is a shifty charater anyways I changed my number and only call him and block my number.

I too have received the same call and the woman stated that she had a friend who had this number so it must have been a misdial? How could this be a misdial when she admitted that her friend had this number?

received a cell call. no message. with so many numbers couldn't call back. 380-445-862843

I've gotten calls from those numbers too, they are not hanging up after you answer, they just hang up after a few seconds. Not sure where these are coming from though. 380-445-8628 and 380-445-862899, 380-445-862835. Yes, I know there are too many numbers in those last two numbers, but that is what showed up on my caller ID.

Just keeps calling for someone named Bruce and get abusive when told their isn't one here.
