The last digit in the number didnt show on my call log they told me they were with USA something didnt speak very good english. They said i had been approved for a $5000. Loan i have poir credit so i knew when then something was not right he said it could be in my bank acct in 3 to 4 hours i told him no way. An hour later the same number called back not good english different person offering me 2500 loan told interest was 4.8 i just hung up and he also said they could mail a check or i could receive cash

Said hello, they never answered me. They call almost everyday. usually I'm at work and do not answer but since I at home I wanted to answer to tell them to stop calling me. Anyone know who this is?

Have had several of these calls, no one speaking just breathing.  I looked up the number and found there is no such area code, then read these comments and decided to add my own.  Very annoying to answer and hear breathing but no one talking.  I had no idea where it came from, but am glad to know I am not imagining things.

Receive a call every day, but no one ever picks up or says anything

Got a call from this number only background noise no one answered.

Someone called my Kenosha, WI home @ just after 9am.  First there was a dead air, then a man, without even saying hello, asked in Spanish; 'do you speak spanish?'  then hung up.  Very odd.

Called and woke me from nap.  Gibberish then silence and a lot of breathing.  I swore at them since they probably could not understand me anyway and hung up.

By now, everyone should have figured out that the FTC
DO NOT CALL LIST [so-called] IS JUST A BIG JOKE.  
However, everyone should keep filing their complaints,
and to keep their own respective log regarding same.

I keep a separate TEXT FILE named for each and every
number I receive these damned calls from, and then to
just add to it, most recent call at the top.

Nothing is going to happen on this, unless "EVERYONE"
continually bombards the FBI, your CONGRESSMAN,
your LOCAL TV NEWS, any and all NEWSPAPERS, etc.
I have been doing this myself, but will not continue to
be the only one doing it.  Strongly suspect that at least
the FBI has now "black-balled" my email name.  Either
that, or they simply responnd as "NOT READ," just as my
Congresswoman; Kay Granger of Texas has also done.

I got a call about five minutes ago from this number, I speake spanish so I just went with the conversation,and their supposably giving away a 200 minute card for my ontime home phone promt payments. its obvious their running some sort of scam as I live in texas and the couldn't answer me what phone company I was registerd too or as  I gave them false information as to my adress and name  they said that's what they had on file for me. yeah right if anybody has time report this number imidiatley to stop these scammers.

They left a message on my voice mail with someone breathing into the phone for over a minute.  I could hear background noise that sounded like a couple of people speaking spanish.  Didn't sound like a call center background noise it sounded more like a family home background noise.  Strange because the caller was breathing very deeply into the phone.

Got call from this number at 10:08am.  I had forgotten to untransfer my home phone from my cell.  No one would say anything.  Really scared me because my neice left this am traveling to Virginia.   Is someone mistakenly dialing a country code and not adding rest of number.  Well, they were called a name after not answering - could tell still on line.

I answered and it was a female voice speaking so fast I could not tell what language she was speaking. I said "hello?" and got no reply...did this numerous times but still the person did not reply but you could tell the line was open. I hung up, googled the phone # and saw it was an invalid area code. Strange.

Called and left a messge with no one there except for back ground noises.  Grrr....!!!  I have better ways to spend my time.

THEY HAVE CALLED ME , AND I RECEIVED THE SAME TYPE OF CALL FROM THE SAME TYPE OF NUMBER 3 MONTHS AGO.   AFTER THE CALLS.....AND I AM SERIOUS, MY HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO.  FIRST TIME MY CELL PHONE WAS TAKEN.   THE OTHER NIGHT, SOME CASH I HAD ON MY DESK GONE........AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT, SOME OF MY CLOTHING.  IT IS ALMOST LIKE THEY CALL TO SEE IF ONE IS AWAKE, OR HOME.  I AM VERY SERIOUS

I called those number back during day. Always a busy signal. Called a couple of minutes before 9:00 pm busy.  Speed dialed until 9:00 pm and the line went totally silent. As in dead, no rings, NADA!?
Now is that strange. Like someone just turned off the number with the lights.

LOOK UP INTERNATIONAL AREA CODES.   381 IS SERBIA.    WHOMEVER IS DOING THIS , AND HAS DONE BEFORE NOW MUST HAVE THEIR CALL CENTER IN A NEW COUNTRY

RECEIVED A CALL TODAY. NO ONE ANSWERED. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE WITH A DIFF AREA CODE.  I WOKE UP IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS, LIGHT WAS OFF IN THE HALLWAY, AND MY CELL PHONE DISAPPEARED.   CALLED POLICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO WRITE OUT A CASE ONLINE.....YEH RIGHT.    HAD MY PHONE NUMBER CHANGED, PRIVATE, AND OF COURSE LISTED ON DO NOT CALL LIST.

TONIGHT, WOKE UP AT 1 AM, LIGHT OFF IN HALLWAY, AND I JUST HAD SOME MONEY IN A CUP ON THE DESK FOR THE MOVIES, AND IT WAS GONE.  STRANGE I HAD THIS CALL FROM THE INVALID AREA CODE 381 AS I SAID, DURING THE DAY.  

BOTH TIMES, OF COURSE ALL MY DOORS ARE LOCKED, BUT WHEN I GET UP, LIKE I SAID THE HALLWAY LIGHT IS OFF AND I ALWAYS KEEP IT ON AT NIGHT, AND THE BACK DOOR, THE LOCK IS OPEN.  I GATHER I CANNOT EVEN KEEP A WINDOW A LITTLE AJAR FOR FRESH AHIR AT NIGHT.

Called twice in a row. I let the phone go to voice mail. Caller left no message. Got on this site and found these comments. This site is my go to for unknown phone numbers.

Caller keeps calling and only speaks Spanish.  They should be fined.

I have received 3 calls from this number; the first was a woman speaking rapid spanish who hung up when I questioned it; the other 2 just hung up after a few seconds... how can I get a call from an invalid area code?

I have gotten called twice now, tried to call back and it says this number is disconnected or is no longer in service..... Weird!

Two calls today; both times speaking in Spanish. I asked them if they were calling the States because I live in America and my language is English. They hung up both times.

Caller was there but would not answer. Hard to imagine calling from somewhere that has a invalid area code.!!

Caller began speaking Spanish without identifying himself or the company he represents. He stated we were getting some kind of gift.
