Received phone call. Did not answer.

Called and didn't leave a voicemail. When I called back someone said "This is Becky," but did not reveal where she was calling from. When I asked her she hung up. The same woman hung up on me 3 times. I called a 4th time and asked to speak to a supervisor. the same woman said "we" were trying to reach someone whose name I don't recognize. I asked again what organization she was calling from and she again gave me her name instead. I asked again and she garbled the name of the company so I couldn't understand it. I told her not to call if she couldn't even articulate what she was calling about. I'm guessing it's a collection agency or telemarketer. Either way they are engaging in questionable phone practices.
