OMG....These people call every MORE THAN ONCE very day.......annoying to death!

I've been receiving calls from the number 385-207-7038 at all hours of the night with no messages or responses when I answer the phone.

This is a SCUMBAG MORMON REPUBLICAN company behind this.

They are using a LOOPHOLE (surveys) in the DNC LIST for VERY SINISTER PURPOSES.
After you take their "survey" they will TRY TO MINE OTHER DATA ON YOU for using in the future to SELL YOUR NAME/NUMBER/DATA to other TELEMARKETERS.

BEST NOT TO ANSWER their calls.  Ignore and BLOCK, if you can.

This number called my PRIVATE, *UNLISTED* home business phone.  I DO have a Craigs List apartment rental ad running.  Do they TROLL Craig's List for numbers or do they just go 'down the line'  consecutively and 'bother' everyone?  Funny, they didn't call my 'real' home number, yet, and that is numerically BEFORE this number.

We didn't answer (Nor will we EVER) and of course no message left.

Caller ID said "Utah" as others have posted.

I will NEVER answer calls from so-called 'legitimate' companies who DO NOT POST THEIR *REAL* Business Names over Caller ID.  That SCAM INDICATOR NUMBER ONE!

Being it was from REPUBLICAN STRONGHOLD Utah, AND Supposedly a survey about "OBAMACARE" me thinks this is a THINLY VEILED POLITICAL CALL.  Still may be 'exempt' from the DNC List, but I'm NEVER GOING TO ANSWER IT OR GIVE THE RIGHT WING ZEALOTS any info!!!

Been receiving calls from this number for over a week.  Getting really annoying!

Any suggestions? Don't expect the Do Not Call list to work. Buy a call blocker...Amazon has them for about 100$ or so and they work great. We were averaging 2-3 telemarketing calls per day..all hours. I can block entire area codes and individual numbers but my blocker will allow important calls to come through if I desire. If the bad guys are going to use technology to call your number, use technology to block them.

We received several calls from Survey Sampling from both 385-207-7038 and 385-207-7042 (they never leave a message).

Thanks for the tip Grouchy Gramps! Currently we are at our limit and are unable to block any additional calls...we'll be checking out the Panasonic KX-TG7873 tomorrow.

These devious pests now hold position #37 on my new Panasonic KX-TG7873 system that blocks up to 250 callers.  Panasonic is to be lauded for their efforts at increasing their systems capabilities to block unwanted calls (previous models were for 30 blocks)  Finally lots of peace and quiet in our home.  These unrecognized calls come in - I check 800notes, see them listed as riff-raff, then add their number to my block list.  How sweet is that?

  We have recieved 3 phone calls a day for the past 3 days.  No one responds when you say hello; Annoying.

I hope the FCC has a provision to be able to take a 3/8" rope and hang these guys from their....well.....you know.

I reported this number to the "National Do Not Call Registry" and filed a complain.  everybody please does so.

I also got a call from this number. They didn t leave a message. I want them to stop contacting me.

Surveyors, Religious Groups, and Political Organizations fall into a very convenient loophole that gives them complete immunity from having to adhere to any regulations set forth by the DO NOT CALL Registry, so reporting them "aint gonna do s***"

I wish I had the software/hardware that 900 numbers use to slap a consumer's phone bill with whopping fees for calling their so called 900 number service, because I turn around and use it to bill these pricks that call my cell phone numerous times during the day or night. Sweet revenge it would be!!! Not to mention an excellent source of secondary income paid for by the very people who are trying to scam you in the first place.

Received a call from this number a couple of minutes ago, I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the phone.  They'll eventually give up if all they get is voice mail.

Just got a call from this number as well a moderately accented voice with a really creepy tone. said it was a research survey. I declined (had to cut him off) and said I did not wish to participate or receive any further calls. will come back and report here if there are more. OH i asked the name of the company said it's research International. havent went googling for that name yet.

Calls every few days. Never leaves a message. Very strange!

They has been calling me every 10 minutes today with no voice or live person on the line.  So I called them back and they provide their website: They are  called SSI,
surveysaqmpling.com.  From this site , I called their phone number in Ultah and left my number with their do-not-call list.  I hope this works. They are worse than telemarketing people.

Please do not call my number. You are calling me several times a day and there is no person on line for me to talk to.  I believe you are using computer to call my number at interval. This is a real harassment worse than the telemarketing.

Today I was getting calls every 10 minutes from this number. I say hello, no one answers. Caller ID shows call from SURVEY SAMPLING. They change all the time their telephone numbers. They are calling every day, using different numbers. I reported to DO NOT CALL, but I do not thing that donotcall does anything, Congress is pro telemarketers business, does not protect the people. And the telephone company does not allow more than 12 numbers to be blocked, why? I think that I am going to throw away my telephone. And I pay extra to be unlisted.

Its says on their website they are exempt from the do not call list because they are survey takers.  That's some b***s*** if you ask me.

Whenever I get weird calls like this I report it to the FCC.  Go to this link and report their *sses.

I select the first option "Telemarketing, Prerecorded Messages, Caller ID Spoofing, and Do-Not-Call".  In my case, I then chose, "Unwanted/unsolicited telemarketing calls (including Do-Not-Call) received on your home telephone"  It will ask you for your info, the caller's info, etc.  After filing the complaint, they'll even send you an email (I provided mine) to confirm your complaint & provide a complaint # for your future reference

I highly recommend this.  Many a calls have stopped after filing a complaint.
