This number has called me twice but they only let the phone ring two times before hanging up so I have never talked to them. I just read an article about a scam where they do that just to get you to call back because they are secretly from out of the U.S. and they can charge your phone bille for some major charges. Do not answer and do not call back!! Also check your phone bills!!

Wrang cell & left no msg.

They called both me and my husband's cell phone.  Woman said she wanted to speak to my husband and have him take a survey. I heard several voices in the background. She sounded as though she was from India. I hung up.

I am on the do-not-call list. This number called and left no voicemail.

Number called at 7:49 yesterday, no voicemail left.

They called several times, tried to block the call.  Not from Utah, it's out of the country and routed to look like Utah.  Try to keep you on the phone as long as possible, maybe to track your phone for some reason or bill for international calling that will go un-noticed on your cell bill.  They say they are FSI, Capital One, Neilsen Ratings.  Tried blocking and it didn't work

Said they were from Nielsen, calling to ask about mobile device usage.

Got a call from 385-207-7066 Utah  as soon as I got the feeling it was a telemarketer, I went in to sales mode, I cut the caller short many times talking over her. Since I am a mover I acted as it was an inbound client call and began fishing for the information needed to provide moving services to her. She seemed dumbfounded yet provided me the information that she was given the assignment to make the calls for her co-worker Amy Hendrickson. Although phone id shows Utah she stated her corporate office was in Toranto.

After about 5 minutes of toying with her, putting her on hold, and wasting her time I finally had enough fun and as it appeared I had her totally confused as to the nature of her own call I told her to call me back when she had more information and to have a great day.

I did get that she was to conduct a survey oh well didn't happen!!!

Called on 11/17/2013 @ 04:20 PM from Provo, UT. No message left. Caller ID shows Survey Sampling.

I do not have a Capital One card to call for assistance. If you can call capital one and have them verify the number. If they do not it verify the number of being theirs, then block it.

Says UTAH on the ID. "385 cover Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Utah, and Weber counties"

I got one too and I don't know anyone in Provo, guess it is a telemarketer that does not look at the NO CALL list

Person on the line sounded middle eastern. I think the calls are coming from India routed through the states. This same survey company has been hounding us through many different numbers. It's a scam I'm sure of it!

Caller identified herself as Cassandra and was calling from FSI, wanting me to answer some questions about issues that concern Georgians.  I asked to be removed from the call list and hung up.

When they called, I answered.  It was some survey for Capital One.  I had contacted customer service earlier this month and they wanted me to take a survey.  I felt uncomfortable and asked for a number where I could call back and take the survey.  I told them I had already submitted my answers through an email. She said no, she doesn't have a number and she will call back.  

Called, no message was left.  

No message was left.  I suspect it is a telemarketer for a hotel chain.  They seem to rotate numbers each time I block the last one.

Called and hung up, no message. Number says Provo, UT area code
