Thank you to all for the information presented here.  They just called my wife's phone and this is the first place I go to check to see who called.  We've had several of these calls in the past and yes, our phones are all listed on the DNC lists but these scumbags never use those lists.  Off now to my Attorney General's office website to report them using this page as a reference.

I DON'T SEE WHY YOU SHOULD CALL ANYONE UNDER THE CONNECTICUT PHONE NUMBER LISTINGS ANYMORE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS.  IT'S HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHY YOU'RE CALLING OUT WHEN YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT INCOMING CALLS!

They called my cell today.  This is the first time I've seen this number pop up.  Looks like the typical scam.  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  So I'm sure they'll continue calling.

I would think phone companies would want to fix this.  I know people, and I'm about to be one of them, who got rid of the landline because of these calls outnumbering our real calls by a 10:1 ratio.

The card service scammers   WILL   "service" our credit cards,   BUT   after they "service" them, there will be no available credit remaining!

This credit card scam group changes their phone number every few weeks.  Can be from any number of states the way they have it set up.  Have to keep reporting to FCC so that they can get a track on them.  If not, it will only get worse with these perverts.  Had a call at 145 pm PDT and again at 204 PDT.  First time hung up as soon as answering machine came on; second time hung up after I heard them talking to the machine ... now before your account is closed.  I do not think so!  Praying on so many people like this is disgusting.  But, that is what pervert crooks do, right?  Remind your elderly friends and relatives:  do not fall for ANY PHONE CALL.  EVER.  

They don't say who they are, but the are scumbags. Report them!

got robocall from 385-208-8809 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Thursday 11-20-13 @ 1011AM.

Card member services SCAM call. asked what was my highest interest rate and my total credit amount
decided it was time so gave the gal the "SCAMMER HORN" for half a minute  as she was still on the phone she then got at FULL blast of my "Raunchy Cussing/Swearing YouTube Rant." she finally hung up.

but wait then "FLORIDA" called 321-978-5555 at 1017AM 1020AM and 1030AM and they got each time right from the start the "SCAMMER HORN" or the "RANT."

Yep They R STILL at it ! I started answering these marketing call or answering strange numbers (out of state) by saying " SHERIFF DEPT. HOW CAN I DIRECT YOUR CALL.......They listen then hang up and never call back.  

I have just submitted my message above. this is about a company who calls themselves "card services" and they call us over and over again, after repeated requests for them to quit.  we don't know what they want, or why they continue to harass us. please help. thanks

I have written to the FCC about this caller who is naming themselves as "card services".  we have been receiving calls from these people now for years and we cannot get rid of them. we have blocked them numerous times, only to get calls from new numbers.  they seem to have unlimited phone numbers that they can call from.  they just keep calling over and over and over for no reason.  we have tried everything, telling them not to call anymore, we don't know what they want?  why do they continue calling over and over again, its the same message.  they say this is their last call for us to get some sort of deal they are offering associated with some kind of card services.  they could be scammers who try and obtain peoples credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or whatever for sinister reasons.  I have once again written to the fcc, today in hopes of getting much needed assistance from them.  we bought a new phone system which allows us to block 350 callers.  if this keeps on, we will run out of the ability to block calls, and will have to get another phone with high capacity blocking capabilities.  

These classy people called my 93 year old mom and had her convinced she owed money to someone and was about to get all her credit cards revoked.  Must be a great feeling to scam senior citizens for a living.

I have repeatedly requested they do not call me and yet my phone rings daily.  One of the ladies got indigent with me.  "Why do you care so much that we call you, geeez".  I wanted to crawl through the phone line and strangle her.

Getting way too many of these calls, claiming to be my last notice...etc.

I am sick and tired of getting calls from this automated number.  If you chose to stay on the line long enough to tell them to take your name off their list, they hang up.  They call at least 3 times a day and there is no way to tell them to stop calling since it is all automated and then they hang up if you stay on line to wait for a representative.  I am reporting them as our number if registered on the do not call list and if they don't have the guts to call in person so we can tell them to not call, then they need to be contacted somehow and fined for harassment.  They just call themselves Credit Card Services and say they have an important message regarding our credit card.

Saved again by caller ID.  The caller left no voice mail and from the previous comments I am glad I did not answer.

They call every 5 minutes and will not stop. I have asked them to stop and demanded to know who is calling, but they just hang up.

Yep...  I got the same exact call.  I even pressed the "1" when it said to.  The lady and I exchanged pleasantries and I let her spew her script and when she got to the part about wanting to know my credit card number so she can run it through her system to see if I qualify for the reduced rate, I told her "I don't have a credit card.  Never had a credit card and don't ever plan on getting one."  Dang was she mad...  I felt like I was still married to my ex-wife with some of the names she called me, and I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life.....
