this person called my home phone before 9 a.m. Caller id: op lookout.My phone rang 3 times, I did not answer it. A google search indicated this call may be from the fraternal order of police.This area code covers Utah County, not SLC.

Asked for a person who doesn't live here. I just said they weren't in and could I take a message. Person freaked and said something to some one else on her end and wouldn't talk to me

Salt Lake City has two area codes, 801 and 385 (not 365 as you typed). This doesn't legitimize the call, of course.

I let this call go to my answering machine and I heard the caller ask for me by name.  I picked up the phone but they had already hung up.

I got a call from this number to the caller Id Said Salt Lake City and 385-212-2504. There are more then I area code it salt lake now they added a new one a few years ago because they were running out of phone number with the 801 area code so they added the 385 area code.

I do not wish to receive calls from persons I do not know personally.  It is for that simple reason that I have placed my number on the "Do Not Call" list, but apparently, some telemarketers do not wish to adhere to the rules.  Trust me, if I want to avail myself of whatever service/product you're selling, I will look you up.  No need to inquire as to my need for unnecessary things.

who do we report all of these calls to when we are on the opy out list  Including our cell phones.  By the way the caller id on my phone said Salt Lake City 365 area code  SLC area code is 801   Makes me mad.

I got a call from OP Lookout also.  2:36 p.m. MST. also.  I did not answer either.  Interesting that when you are on the do not call list that you get harassed by various people calling.  I have had a lot of them lately.  Makes you wonder if the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY even works.

Got a call from OP Lookout at 2:46 PM MST.  Don't know who they are, so didn't answer.  They only let it ring three times.
