Please go to www.operationlookout.org to learn how funds are divided based on 2012 CPA audit and IRS 990 report. If you wish to have us look into the reason you are getting more than one call, please contact us at oladmin@operationlookout.org and we will research the problem. Because most call centers use auto dialers these days, there is one phone number on the invoice that represents Operation Lookout so a citizen is able to leave a complaint message, but dialers have multiple numbers connected to the dialing equipment. When a call is not answered, the phone number goes back into the system for re-dial at a later time until a connection is completed with a live voice. If you desire to be on the Do Not Call list, please contact us at the email address above. Provide your name and phone number with nature of your complaint, We would like the chance to remedy your concern.

What is truly irritating about this place is that even if you block 1 phone #, they then call under a different one. I have now had to block calls from 3 different numbers of theirs.

Operation Lookout is a non-profit charity, and so can ignore the Do Not Call list. Especially irritating when they look to be spending almost all their contributions on further fundraising. http://www.charitynavigator.org/index.cfm?bay=search.summary&orgid=9190

Caller ID read "Operation Lookout". I didn't answer, and they hung up after letting it ring 3 times.
