I received a call from the same Tony representing Graves Lafayette Associates as well.  He claimed to have my social security number and said I was being accused of check fraud.  I asked him to give me the last four digits of my social security number and it didn't match.  I hung-up on him and he called back leaving a message stating a subpeona was being sent to my home and work addresses, but didn't confirm either one.

   I have been getting the same calls from the same people that you are talking about. This guy name Tony has been calling and harrassing me as well. I have been searching for these people for months and still cant find them for nothing in the world. Tony as played that same game towards me and my family. He has called harrassing my brother and my sister. I have seen the same accredited and those 2 complaints that was filed against then. Their should be something that can be done about this people. I understand and know what you are going through!

I have been getting calls from this number also. Its the same situation as the Tony above. The guy said his name was Tony and that they are a collection agency. I asked to get their information where they was located and what was this regarding. Only thing that would tell me is that they had my information and social security number and that i needed to pay. Tony also wouldnt answer to numbers that he didnt know but would call back asking who is this? and who number that it was. I also have been searching and searching for this so called company but never found anything. They have been calling by brother and sister home interfering with their lives demanding money. The Number is linked to the Graves Lafayette Associates from NY but they have a Utah Number. They cant give the proof that i need, they said all they can do is print up a paper that anyone can do and mail it to me. I dont think they are legit. You cant find them no where on the internet, google, yellowpages and more but they are still untraceable.

We received a phone call from this number also. They clained to be a collection agency. Found out this number is a cell number. We called them to ask for their address & Fax but refused to give it out. They guy who's name was Tony also, kept playing the "who is this? game" back and said it was none of our business to know their information until we gave them our name,social security number, address etc...
They are not BBB accredited & have 2 unresolved complaints filed against them.
When I googled their number on the BBB site, it brought me to a company called Graves Lafayette Associates out of NY. But when I searched that business in the yellow pages & google, it was impossible to find.
