This is teleflora. One of my recipients had moved and I didn't know that. Teleflora wanted to know if I had a different address or wanted a refund. I was able to get the new address and teleflora re-delivered.

Always call your local florist directly or if it is out of town. Then look for a local florist.. You will always get what you pay for and you will talk to the actual people that are making the arrangement.
