I use MR.NUMBER app. I get these calls and promptly put them on my blocked list with the "hangup" option...works like a charm. I am sure there are other apps out there but this one works for me. Hope this helps!!

recieved unwanted phone call

Calls a couple times a week.  Comes up on Caller ID  as "Federal Financi".  Hangs up when recorder kicks on.

Just got a call from this number and when I answered it they hung up.  My called ID says it came from Federal Financial. This is a scam and I wish they would stop calling.

Same scammer as last week claiming they weren't selling anything, but wanted employment status and income. They get really confused when you won't tell them that. In that they admit they are trolling for customers. But this week the prizes they were offering were lots bigger than last week's. And they are still hunting for people making enough money to be worth their time.

Giving away a chance at $25 coupon from restaurant.com. Wanted employment status, wanted age range and finally wanted household income range. I made stuff up until the last one and would't tell them that. So I got promoted to her manager who explained the question again and again and I still wouldn't answer. Wasted five minutes of their time. Didn't get a chance to bring up how they were shaming their mother by being criminals, if they are Indian someone wrote that that will really push them over the edge. Pressured them to tell me where they got my number from but they just made up meaningless stuff.

Had these bastahds on my blocked call list way back. Removed to make room for more and BAM, here they are right back with the same number. This time they aint gettin taken OFF.

Called, did not answer, left no message.

Asked the guy who he was and who he was working for.  The illiterate stumblebum just kept on stuttering.  I hung up.

Still receiving calls from this number.  Today after they told me there name I said (name) take my number off your call list.  The lady said that she would be glad to do so immediately BUT it might take 5 days.  I said "oh, so I can expect 5 more of these calls.  Then I hung up. So I may have to repeat this five more times!!!

They will not stop calling me.

I receive calls from this number at least once a day and since the number is on my reject list, the call goes directly to my Sprint voicemail.  The duration of the voicemails range from 5 - 36 seconds and no one leaves an actual message.  It must be an auto dialer from an outsourced overseas call center because I can hear people talking away in the background as if on other calls.  The person on the other end of the call is foreign and sounds like he's chatting with his neighbor and speaking what may be Chinese...?

Got a call that said I won something...broken English and I couldn't really make it out. I had the caller identify themselves on more time; he said he was from Federal Financial and they were moving into our area in Michigan, and I was selected for some prize. I explained I don't live in or near Michigan, and he actually argued with me that I did! I hung up.

Got this call at my work number. I asked if they understood they were calling a business. She said yes, and they were calling because they were recently expanding. I asked for what the name of the company was again. She stated "Federal Financial Group".  I asked what their company did.  She gave me the line about calling because their company was expanding again.  I interrupted and told her she misunderstood my question, I was asking what exact type of business their company was in. She hung up on me.  Yeah, that's totally how legit businesses handle inquiries about their company.

Just got a call and knew immediately it was telemarketing because I had looked this number up before - thanks!!   After I said my greeting they first acted like then couldn't hear me, saying hello, hello - so I decided to do the same.  Asked her several times who she was, couldn't hear her. She repeated again she was (name) with federal financial group (sounded like she has an accent) I said still couldn't hear her that the call was cutting in and out, heard her say sorry and restate who she was and all that AS I HUNG UP THE PHONE on her!!!

Telemarketing company.  I do not understand why all these people call as I have been on the "do not call" list forever.  I re-up every year, all numbers.

These people are relentless.  I have blocked their number, but my phone records show they call about 20 times a month anyway, so their calling must be computer generated.

Offered me a cruse if I took their servey. I'm already going to Maui in December.

I know it's a scam... I wanted to find out how this plays out.  So, I did play along.

She kept reminding me that they are Not selling anything. She gave me my company name & confirmed this is the best # to reach me. then wanted an address, po box wont work because they "Personaly deliver the scratcher".  Like I said, I want to see where this goes, so we set a date & time (I gave an address where I'll be but... it's not at My business). Then her 'supervisor' got on the phone to "confirm" my info, wanted my email to send me a 3 min video about their co (I have a few just for this kind of junk).

Who knows, maybe I'll win a car!!

This number just called the business I work for and a women with an accent (Indian?) said they were from Federal Finacial something and asked to speak to the manager. I said they were unavailable and asked if I could take a message and they said"...uh...okay....." and then hung up. Seems like a scam, especially after reading everyone's posts.

I received a call from these jerks today. I did not answer because  I never answer a number with which I am not familiar. Bogus phishers!

Fed Financial called on 7/1/2013 am.  She stated I had been chosen to receive many gifts, a car, tv, trips, etc.  But she needed to verify some information first...bingo!  I told her I don't want or need any gifts, I mentioned I am retired and don't call me again.  Click!  They are peddling informaiton to their contacts, insurance  companies, quick loans, etc. If you give them one bit of info they will pass it on and you will get 1,000 calls by the end of the year.
