This number calls me numerous times every single day.  Two days ago I told the foreign lady to please quit calling me.  Ever since then they call and do not say anything.  

Got a call from some pushy lady about a scratch card deal for some business opening in Southlake

A girl with an Asian accent (Filipino) called and said I was selected in a drawing to win one of several gifts.......I asked her where she got my number and she said they purchased it from YE Vendors (Whaaat?) When I asked her more details she hung up. She said they aren't telemarketers.  Yeah, whatever.  People don't just call to give you something.  They are promoting something.....or you have to do something to get your "prize".  

No doubt about it. Every solution offered has been given a thumbs down. Telemarketers have sh*t for brains.

I have received no less that 15 calls at my business from this number in which they have hung up after I have answered.... I once was able to leave message with them once requesting they stop calling. when they called back anyway....I was able to talk with a person who tried to get into a sales pitch. I firmly and bluntly told them I'M NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING STOP CALLING ME AT MY BUSINESS!...Well, today I got another one from them...so I started calling them back and was able to get another live person to answer my return call...so I HUNG UP ON HER. then proceeded to call them back repeatedly and hung up on them when person answered. when they stopped answering, I switched to another phone with a different area code and when the same person I had hung up answered, I politely asked her if she wanted to play this hang up game some more or did they wish to remove my number and stop calling me....she responded with "No Sir, point made give me the number and it will be removed immediately"...  we'll see...hopefully they stop. if not I have other tools & tricks that will locate them and get my point across.

It's nothing fun or interesting and nothing you need. These people are morons who waste people's time and money.

A woman with a strong foreign accent called saying that I was very fortunate because I had been chosen to receive some scratch off tickets.  I told her she had called a not-for-profit agency and she assured me that she would not ask for any agency information and that it was for me individually.  I said I wasn't allowed to take personal calls at work (not exactly true, but it works for calls like this) and "click," she was gone. Pretty sure she was up to no-good.

There is only one solution...DEMAND that your phone company block and cancel phone service to spammers, almost all of them are scammers to some degree.

These scammers are probably taken out and shot if they deviate from their script you have to remember where they are calling from ,to them its like the gold rush where gold was there for the taking they see americans as stupid and easily conned if they tell them they have won money,its sad we have a population that believes they could win a contest that they never entered

I called another company's number that was phoning me several times a day until after 10pm - the very nice lady told me it was a mistake and they would immediately remove my number from their call list - sure, they would.  I still get calls from them so don't know that this would work with Federal Financial!  Worth a try though.

I answered a call from this number because I was going to firmly state that I planned to report them since I was on the no-call list; however, when I picked up they hung up.  

Received call from this number almost immediately after being hung up by another #.  A difficult to understand and fast talking female said I had won a scratch card for either a trip, money etc. if I answered 3 questions about my employment. I hung up.

Called when I was out.  Caller id read "Federal Finance".

Claimed to be calling from Scratch Card Giveaway.  Scam. I told her to go F---k herself and hung up.

I am buying an air horn to keep next to my phone.  One long blast ought to do it.

This number just called in the middle of the day, asking a bunch of random question. I couldn't really understand, the phone connection was bad and the lady had a thick accent. It interrupted my business. No more!

Their FTP is wide open as well ftp://ffg2.com seeing if I can exploit this.  If I can keep looking it will be funny maybe forward them to 4chan or something.

Got a call and picked up.  They hung up on me right when I answered.  Probably checking to see if the number worked.

Received a call from a telemarketer identified as Federal Financial who went into an obvious scripted spiel as identified by the other posters here. She was almost unintelligible but sounded Philippino. This company probably uses an overseas call center.
In my opinion almost all companies that use cold calling and especially those that violate do not call lists are scams or companies that you DO NOT want to do business with. In doing some research of FF I found a number of apparent positive reviews or posts. Do not be fooled by this. The reason for this is that these companies know that nowadays a simple Google search of the company or telephone number will uncover their true nature therefore they have learned to use tactics such as paying an online reputation fixing company or their own employees in some cases to preform a Google search for negative information and attempt to offset or "salt" it with fake positive posts that in most cases use made up names in order provide the appearance that the company may be legitimate. This is fairly common nowadays and in fact there are white hat online services that offer to assist you in battling online scams and scammers that, however, are in fact, scammers themselves or run by the scammers.

I blocked the number. When I checked my call logs this afternoon they had tried calling 8 times within a 10 minute span. lmao.
Ahhh, it's the little things in life.

It's a telemarketer. I could hardly understand the fast talking accent, but they wanted me to complete a survey and be entered to win a trip. I said "not interested" and just hung up.

I just got a call from this # 385-229-3204 and did not answer.  Now I'm glad I didn't! Thank you everyone that reported here.
