I've said it before... I have a 5s, and "Just Blocked" them as a caller!!!

Hung up on him the first time because he said a legal complaint had been filed against me...uh yeah right. I told him to let me talk to the supervisor and just made his voice deeper. He impersonated an officer!! Illegal!

First register on the Do Not Call site.
Second when you receive a call submit a complaint to the FTC at https://www.donotcall.gov/
I'm sending 4-7 calls a day to the FTC, sooner of later someone will stop this bs

Calls every half hour after calling them scammers and not to call again

Received calls from this exact same number on 2 different days.  The first time they said they were from Microsoft. I had fun keeping them on the line - I knew they were a scam. It was fun to mess with them.

The second call was a woman saying she was the Muscular Dystrophy foundation.  She almost sounded legit - had her number not be the exact same one from the Microsoft scam.  

I got a call today from this number and no message was left on my home number. I read the notes from other victims and I realized in the last three weeks I have also been targeted on my cell from a blocked number of 900142 at least three times in 3 weeks. I wish I could remember what the 1st callers name was (probably bogus anyway) and I asked for his company name and number and I checked my computer and it appeared to be a legitimate business but I didn't pursue it further. The guy was Indian or possibly Asian and was insistent there could be a Microsoft threat and that their company could take care of it. He was pushy and aggressive but so was I and he asked why I kept asking him all these questions and I told him to lose my number. He finally said he had many other people who needed his help and he disconnected the call. Background noise sounded like a call center for scammers. The same person or possibly someone with the same accent called again a couple days ago and asked for me by my first name, butchering it. I told him to delete my number and he said "he would think about it" and I disconnected the call.

Indian sounding accent, told me he was from Microsoft and wanted to "help" me with my computer problem (Funny - I didn't report a computer problem).   He wanted me to launch internet explorer and then enter his "webpage" to further help me.  Don't do it, i suspect it would try and exploit a MS bug and hijack your computer.   I blocked this phone number.

Caller ID says the call was from Salt Lake City UT. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. No message was left.

Have received several calls from this number....never answered as I didn't ID who it was.

Repeated calls from this # - do not pick up.

Got a automatic voice stating our account had even closed and for me to press 1 for a secure line to pay my account and have it reinstated. This voice did not state a name of a company.

I also returned the call to hear the number 385-313-3975 is out of service. CIA needs to put a stop to this crap!

Keep getting these calls, a couple times a day. Caller ID says Salt Lake City, UT. I never answer, they never leave a message. Funny if they are calling about a Windows virus... I have a Mac!

I got this call twice. The first time I didn't get anyone on the line. Than I got another one from 441-689-494258 (that's what caller ID had). I got some mideastern guy saying something about my windows on my computer is broken. I told him to get the F outta here and stop with his spam calls and hung up!

Have received calls from this number several times. I never ans. Caller ID  shows they are from UT.

I just receive the same call three times in a row from a guy in India saying I also had a virus.  Finally, I told him I was a computer engineer not an idiot and was he was saying was impossible to track.  He quickly hung up and I have not heard from him again. 6/3/14.

I have received at least 8 calls from this phone number over the course of the past two weeks. The caller identified himself as a representative of my state health department. Coincidentally, or not, as recent as two months ago, I received a number of calls from this number, where the caller identified himself as a Microsoft representative. As was the case with many other commentators in this thread, I was told that a virus on my computer had been detected by Microsoft Security Essentials, and the caller requested remote access to my computer. Sensing a scam, as Microsoft is not in the habit of contacting customers, I did not allow the caller access to my computer. Each time I tried calling the number back, a recorded message stated that the number was no longer in service. In each case,the callers did have Indie/Pakistani accents, and when I requested my phone number be removed from their systems, the caller immediately hung up on me. It would seem to me that the "representatives" using this phone number are engaging in numerous scams, all at the same time.

I've been receiving the same message but only today was this number showing up, it usually says "Private" and the message started off same as always,, there is a process of service scheduled for this Friday. and then it prompts you to verify your location so you can be served papers. This is quite funny. I didnt think you were warned when you are about to be served, and then to have to confirm where you are on an automated system. Love it!!

Got a call from this number claiming he was calling about my computer problem.  I told him I didn't call anyone about a computer problem then he claimed he was calling on behalf of Microsoft to check Windows on my computer.  I asked what company he was with and the only thing I caught through his thick Indian accent was "premier".  He wanted to know if I was the primary computer user in the house.  I said yes and he asked if I was near the computer and if it was on.  I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.

Told me I was randomly selected to receive $9000 in grants. I told him "No, thank you" and I that goggled his phone number.

Automated call telling me my account was locked.  The call was on a holiday.  They wanted me to push 1 for security.  I did not.  I knew it was a scam.

bogus.  told me my account was deactivated and to reactivate, press 1.  I knew it was a scam, but I pressed 1.  then it told me to enter my 16 digit account number.  um yeah, then I hung up.

Just got a call saying my bank account had been frozen, to reactivate it, enter my 16 digit account number, etc.

weird i just got call from this nbr saying i owed a hospital bill how many companies use this nbr?

Called my cell. They said they were from . Net and my account was locked, to press 4 to speak with customer service. Then it hung up.
How did they get my cell #?

How to you get calls to stop from weird number like 353-313-3975, all day and then from 214-838-9953, and 303-330-0995. They numbers start as early as 6am and then all day. I am getting tired of it and it needs to stop.
