You and Ralph Smith, Sarge, Jackie, and Della need to comprehend that no one else reading this page can ''make these people GO AWAY''. Your caller is not going to dutifully study random forum complaints and cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments.

The credit reprice scam is a huge and long running problem with no easy answers. They are very hard for individuals to find and spank in court as they deserve. Some operations have been killed by the FTC in the past two years, but more needs to be done. It is up to ALL OF YOU to help by reporting every "Rachel" and "Heather" call to the FTC and attorneys general.

I received a call from this number yesterday.  They hung up on me when I asked to have my name and number removed from their list.

I get this phone call quite often. Most times I ignore it, but if I have some time to kill and I am in a wise-guy I mood, I talk to them, for twenty-thirty minutes if successful. I tell them everything I think they want to hear and then they keep checking with their manager to see if I fit the parameters of the program. After they get real excited about closing the deal and making a commission, I spring it on them that I was just playing with them like they play with others and they shouldn't call me about my credit cards when they don't even know who I am. Its hilarious when they explode.

I am hoping to soon buy an air horn or police whistle
and when possible I will show them what I think of there crap

I keep getting these calls on my cell.  When I answer no one says anything sounds like they are just holding the line.  Makes me wonder if they are trying to use my number or something

I did find out that these people are located in Pierson, Florida but that is all. The do-not-call listing is worthless and a waste of government money.

Phone call from 386-202-2002, now on my cell phone!  I get calls several times a week on house phone and now cell phone, too.  I am on the do not call list.  When I push 1 to talk to someone and tell them I want to be taken off the list, they hang up.  Most annoying!!!!!

If you are bored, answer let them get started, act very interested even concerned, then ask to put them on hold. My personal record hold time is almost 30 min. and i can still recieve real incoming calls. Have some fun, fight back, oh and notify the FTC about their number.

Got a call to my cell phone, and my number is on the national do not call registry. I tried to file a complaint on https://www.donotcall.gov, but it said that it was unable to report because the number had not been in existence for more than 31 days. I didn't answer because I'm not wasting my minutes on spam, and they didn't leave a message. I want stop receiving calls from this number.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make these people GO AWAY, they are the most annoying people on the planet. I have turned them in several times to the National Do Not Call to no avail.

They called me all week...once aday and I finally answered. I told them I was called constantly and to take me off of their list...at that point, I was hung up on.

I keep getting calls from these same people from many numbers.  Every time I block one, I get a call from another one, and now they are even calling my home phone! Stop the madness!!

When you get a call like that, 99% of the time it is a SPOOFED call from overseas somewhere.  I have received calls from India, Mozambique, Indonesia, etc. thru numbers in this country.  If you return the call soon as your phone quits ringing you'll get the message that it's a 'non-working number.'

Ashley called me from Card Holder Services.  I pressed 1 to speak to a representative.  I told them to stop calling me.  They hung up.

From what I have been able to put together on calls from Credit Card Services or a like named company, they use a Robo caller from numbers like the ones below:

The source of your number on their list seems to be from the 3 Credit Bureaus and the Direct Marketing Association. Credit Card Services buys a marketing list from the Credit Bureaus and DMA then harvests contact names and phone numbers from this list. They cannot get account numbers on the list, but you are on the marketing lists if you have some kind of credit to be listed (Home loans, credit cards, phone bills, electric bills, cell phone bills, etc).
You can opt out of the marketing list with the Credit Bureaus, it takes a month or so to take effect. To do it, log onto:

I use the call blocking feature of my wireless carrier to block these calls. I add new numbers to my blocked number list daily.

I got a call from them at 11:05 AM. I called it back one minute later and got a recording "your call cannot be completed as dialed".

I am on the do not call list.   Received a call from 386-202-2002 on my cell phone on 2/22/12 at 1917 hours EST.   Trying to sell me credit card with lower interest etc.   Too bad I don't have any credit card debt to lower.   Pressed "3'" to remove my number from their list.  I should have pressed "1" and gave them a piece of my mind.    Hard to block since they use revolving numbers.
