This person named Brian White, or sometimes Mark White, as he calls repeatedly - claims to be an investigator wanting to speak to my attorney....I know it is bogus because of how informal it all is, and mainly because I never recieved any loans. He told me "good luck if you do not cooperate, and having fun behind bars" - after about 20 phone calls I just went off on him, and he actually hasnt called back - but it was weeks of harrassment -

call them back; either set off a siren or other loud noise into the phone; do it a few times; they'll stop

"Brian Lincoln" repeatedly called me leaving threatening messages. When I called back he said it was a legal investigation on me because I did not repay a payday loan (which I never got or knew anything about). He said I could settle the matter with $239 and he would then be my legal representation. Wheb I asked for a reference or case number, he made up one. He also told me to google "ic3" to verify wh. o he worked for. He called my job and threatened to send someone to my job if I did not pay. I am filing a police report for harrassment. He also calls from 386-232-1240

I also keep getting calls from them.  They say the same thing about a legal investigation and wanting to verify my SS number and address.  They keep threatening, and I've told them I'm reporting them, which I am.

Been asking them to quit calling me for a year.  They keep asking to speak with a man I have no clue who it is but they keep calling threating my life.  What can I do?

Same ole scam attempt: thick accent "Officer Tom something or other, we have criminal charges against you, and you need to have a lawyer to represent you, we have police coming to your home and work" yada, yada...but wait! You could settle with us, today, just give me your account info...oddly, setting an airhorn off into the phone seems to make them not want to call again

I keep receiving these phone calls on my cell phone saying that if I don't return their calls that they were going to call me employer and have me fired. This has been going on for a month. These people are all easterners and can not even give me a straight answer to anything that I ask. I Just now received yet another call AT WORK!!! A friend called them back on her cell to tell them not to call me at work. it took them a long time then she heard this weird tone, I'm afraid they got her number and they will start harassing her.

I received four calls from this number leaving me two messages telling me or my attorney to call them back he said his name was Officer something and it would be in my best interest to call them right back once I received the message. He also stated that if I did not call him back he wanted to wish me good luck because I would need it.

Got 2 calls from this number & 1 other saying a warrant was out for my arrest for a payday loan for $300 thT I supposedly rec'd - never did - wht is with these people - how can they be stopped.  I told. Them. Do what they have to do - they called again tonight and left msg that I better call back or else

this is a scam. the same ppl from this number called me from 213-261-6541. they said i had a warrant for my arrest for a pay day loan i never paid back. the problem is i never got a pay day loan. i knew it was a scam because i told him to go to hell & he replied w/ suck my d***. the best thing you can do is report it to the police & block the number.
