Thank you for posting the number, put my number on the do not call list as they started calling me 1 day after ordering cable!

Receive this call daily on my caller ID and now it is calling me at night as well, when I answer they just hang up.

I have received a call from this number every day for a week. I am on the do not call list.  Please stop

I got 2 calls back-to-back, but I don't have time warner. we use Charter Communications.

You people and your silly little "do not call" lists... You wasted your time by signing up for that nonsense, as you can see. True telemarketers will STILL find a way to call you, and by the by, it's not illegal for Time Warner to give out your number. Trust me. I work for a competitor of theirs. Just call TW and tell them to click "Privacy Act" on your Customer Information screen in their system. If nothing else, you can get a good laugh from their reaction! ;)

If you call them back at 386-267-1892, you will get a recording saying you received this call on behalf of your cable or phone provided, it will give you the option to press 1 to be removed from their calling list. Once you press one, don’t hang up right away, it will wait a minute and then prompt you to put in the area code and phone number that you want removed, once you do this it will then confirm that number has been removed,)).  We'll see what happens.

This number has called my home on an average of 5 -7 times a day for the past week. I am on the national do not call list. When I answer the phone, no one is there. I am really getting tired of this place calling daily starting at 8 in the morning and ending around 9 at night. This gets tiresome!

Have been getting 4 or 6 calls a day.  Finally answered one, the girl said she had a 2 question survey.  I asked her to please not call anymore.  She continued to try to get me to answer questions.  I hung up on her.  Now, we're getting automated calls and no one is there when we answer.  Please make this stop.  I consider this harrassment in my own home.  I am on the Do Not Call list.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME CALLS AS THE OTHER TIME WARNER CUSTOMERS. I HAVE UP TO THREE TIMES IN ABOUT 1 HOUR, AFTER I TOLD THEM I DIDNT WANT TO CHANGE MY INTERNET AROUND.

Have gotten many calls on my cell phone from this nunber. Nobody on the other end.

They have called me twice a day on my cell phone for the last week.  I answered this time and they said they recieved my information from my cable provider(Insight)I told them I didnt have cable and to remove me from their list.  We will see if it actually works.

I too am receiving almost daily calls from 386-236-1950.  I am on the do-not-call list.

Why is the do-not-call list not working well?  I am receiving a call from this number almost daily.  I see from others that it is Time-Warner Cable.  I just recently went wit Road Runner Service.  This is when the calls started.

The president thing is an instant classic. i called their main number and dialed 2 to get off the no call list. we'll see if it works though

So please reimburse the amount I am charged for your cowardice missed call. You do not show courtesy to talk and cut that call. Please ensure you do not make a call on my number. This is most annoying. Finally a guy was on the line saying he was calling on behalf of Insight Communications. Insight prides itself on customer services. Yeah, right.

i don't want unwanted calls

This call occures sevral times a day on my phone. Just like most of you, I am on the do-not-call-list, yet I still get the calls almost every hour. I don't ansewr and they never leave a message!

They called my phone once on the 10/23 and again on 10/24 and I didn't give any information out. I told them off on 10/24 and told them not to call my phone again and the lady said I need understand. I didn't care where she was calling from and I told them this is the last time you will call this number.

Well add my name to the list of people who are being harrassed! Hell may have no wrath like a woman scorned... but wait until they get a load of me!!!!

They call 3 or 4 times a day, and hang up. It is harassment and I'm sick or getting phone calls during work and in the middle of the night

I've recently signed up with time warner & just received a call from this number. Guess I'll just have to call it back and press 1

These hangups could be considered telephone harassment and I would recommend contacting your state Attorney General and the Florida Attorney General's Office. A business relationship is one thing, but repeated hangups are another. I would also contact Time-Warner and threaten not to renew in the future.
