I have received hang up calls from this number repeatedly. I am on the do not call gov list but it does not seem to deter this phone number

I also received a phone call from this #. They didn't say who the call was for and that it was in reference to a prize that I won. They left this phone number and asked for me to call back and ask for Angelo. Preparing for a scam, I called back and left only my first name and number. No one has called me back.

I received a call from this number the other morning. They said they were from TVC.My hub looked the number up and he said it was a call from DeLand FL. They said I won a prize and to get back with them. They left a name, but they never adressed to whom the person in the houshold was. I didn't call back. I don't recall entering a contest
