Asked how they got my number he replied " you filled out a survey online and then you pressed one." I replied " ive been at work all day without access to the Internet"  then he hung up.

I received a call from this number and did not answer it.  The Caller ID is "Starnet Inc Jac."  There are various Goggle hits on "Starnet Inc Jac".  Note that I am on the Federal Do Not Call List/

Called this number back today someone put me through to an agent. As soon as someone was on the line i say "Can you MOFO stop calling me. He mentioned my name and i ask him how did he know my name, he just said you have been selected for a 100 dollars gift vouchers.
I just told him not to call my number again. Hope that works.

I am really pissed off at those Pissed heads calling me.

Keeps calling and when I don't answer because I don't know the number...they keep calling.

The caller said I won a trip to Mexico

I know of 2 ways this scam can work.  Both start with them asking for your credit card number and you giving it to them.  

1)  Legal.  They send the $40 gift card.  They sign you up for some sort of shopping club, with the membership fee charged to your credit card.  It takes months for you to get the membership cancelled.  The fee you pay is way more than the $40 card.

2)  Illegal.  They spend your credit card out to your limit or beyond.  They never send you the gift card.

They left me a voice mail to claim I've won a $40 Visa card.  They left 888-440-9376 as a call back number to claim my prize.

Scammer call .... "Hi, this is Jack ..... etc etc .... "  Thanks for giving me the chance to screw U  !  

HANG UP !
