phone number has been disconnected within 10 minutes of calling me, yeah right

Tried to sell me a mortgage on my single family home.  Yeah, right.  I rent.

disconnected when I call back 30 seconds later.  how the f***??

I have gotten three calls in three days from this number.  Shows the caller as Lawrence Weiss.  I do not know anyone by that name.

I received a call from this number at 12:30 PST but did not answer as it said "unknown name."  When I attempted to call the number back I got a message saying the number was disconnected.
