cALL THIS MORNING, NO MEASSAGED

I have been getting calls from this club navigo and have know idea who or what they are all about

they call me all the time. i never answer. who is this? are they a financial instiutuion?

This number has called me 17 times since December 17th. How do I make them stop?? This is annoying the crap out of me! I've never answered any of their calls and they never leave messages, but they call ALL THE FREAKING TIME!!!!! I'm about to lose my mind!

These people keep calling my cell phone during work (at least ten calls so far),I called them back and told them never to call again as I am on the do not call list and they hung up on me, only to call back the next day three times!!!
How do we get this to stop?   Im going to try to call the Better Business Bureau

Answer the phone. When you talk to a live person, tell them you're not interested. Tell them to take you off their calling list. Tell them if they call back again, you will call a lawyer. It worked for me.

This people keep calling and calling and they don't give up.  I don't answer when I see that number on my phone.

I have been getting called from this number every day for about 2 weeks.. up to three times a day.  I am on the do not call list...

I have a thing on my cell called "call shield" I use it to block unwanted numbers from calling. They still can dial my number but it just cuts them strait to my voicemail, and my cell never actually rings, so I never know they call. This place started calling me a few months ago.

They have been calling me atleast 3 times a day.  I just got another one a few minutes ago.  Is there anything we can do?

The number 386-756-9530 called me at 8:40pm on a Tues night. I had know idea who it was so I called the number and it was someone selling vacations in Florida. Did even have the nerve to say anything. They didn't even say anything.

I get calls everyday if not several times a day. One day I received 3 calls in less than an hour. I am pissed. They need to stop calling and harrasing people. Most people have a real job and don't have time for their b***s*** calls. I pressed the button to be taken off of the list but they just keep calling. Do they really think that they are going to change people's mind. LEAVE US THE F*** ALONE BI****S!!!!! Get a life and a different job.

I got a call from this number also today. The caller did not leave a message. If they don't leave message, it means it is not important.

My # is a gophone, I've never put it online for anything, and I am getting these calls!

YOU MUST COMPLAIN TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA.  KEEP A RECORD OF THE CALLS. THEY WILL BE FINED.
This group called me constantly in March for 2 weeks even though am on State and Federal do not call list. I have not been on any free vacations, timeshares or filled out any interest or contest slips. I begged them to stop. Then I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Consumer Services.  You can call them at 1/800/435-7352 and file a complaint.  Have some dates and times of the calls.  When they call, get the caller's name.  They get their "leads" from TDC Marketing who maintains the calls are legal because you filled out a request or contest at a mall somewhere. The fine print says you can be contacted by marketing people. I asked that they send my "request card", and it was a fraud.  Someone had just filled out our stuff from a phone book and signed our name.  (It was a mall contest for a free mower at a mall I've never been to.  I have no family who would sign me up either.  TDC insultingly said I may have "forgotten" I did it.  Bottom line:  TDC probably fills out names from the phone book, signs them (fraud) and SELLS them to Club Navigo/All In One.  The president, "Tom"  of TDC called me personally and offered me $100.00 for my "inconvenience".  I took this as his effort to buy me off from my complaint with the State.  The fines are big. I refused and notified the Dept. of his offer.  The calls stopped until this week 8/02/08 and have started again.  I just filled out a complaint form.  I won't be happy until these people are hurting.  Also, I suspect that TDC is selling my name via some kind of monkey business because I NEVER fill out those kind of forms and the form they had was not by me.  Take a stand.

2 calls on my cell so far today.  This is their first stab at me.  Never heard of fileden.com  I don't ever give my real phone number out on the internet either but I did create an CostJet.com account this week and gave them my real number for my plane tickets.

2 to 3 times a day they call, not only my work cell by my personal number also. I never answer but they keep calling.

They call me everyday and I work in the carpet cleaning industry so I sell them carpet cleaning till they hang up.... lots of fun. the girl was like i don't want my carpet cleaned and I said i don't want to go on vacation so stop f****ng calling me.

has anyone used fileden.com? i believe they maybe the reason for calls like these, i am deleting my account with them asap. the only other company non bills that have my contact information is amazon.com and i doubt that they would sell information, but dont quote me on that one

i normally never give any information over the net aside from paying bills some how this company "celebrity cruise" has received my information. when the operator picked up i informed him that i am on the national do not call list and i am reporting him. he got very snotty and said "well they arent doing a very good job" and "we have all your information here". i told him very politely that i have told your company three times not to call, if they do i will get a lawyer and file harassment charges. before i hung up i over heard the operator say "man this guy is crazy"
