I have received numerous phone calls from this telephone service which begins with a recorded message asking if you would like to lower your credit card interest rate. Then you are asked to press #1 if you are interested or #2 to be removed from the list. I have pressed #2 on several occassions but have been called back the very next day. The next time I pressed 1 and kindly asked the customer service rep that I be removed from the list. On more than one occassion I was cursed at, hung up on and degraded. I hate these people. I need for them to stop harassing me and calling my house. They are losers who are upset that they are stuck answering phones for a living. God I would love to meet them. What kind of business is this. LEAVE ME THE F... ALONE!

Message offered to decrease my credit card interest rate.

I'm on the Do Not Call list and they shouldn't be calling me.
SDJ 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
Call came, went to voicemail but no message left. I also am on the Federal Do Not Call List. No one left to watch over it, I guess.

Telemarketer for loweing credit card rates. They will not stop. I pressed "1" and souted at the top of my lungs. This is my revenge to those nasty spammers. You should do it.
Will 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
Credit lowering scam call.
I hung on after dialing "1" and finally got a person.
I then blew my air horn into the speaker.
And I'm gonna do it *every* time these idiots call me.

Multiple calls from this number, too. I have never picked the telephone up because of my caller ID. Hoping she goes away soon, too !!!!!!
Tom 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
Calls every week. ID comes up Daytona, Fl. No message no one on the line. I am on Federal do not call list. Apparantly that doesn't work.
Mitch 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
I too am getting calls. When I call the number on Caller ID back, it is discounnected! How can this be?! This can't be legal!
Tim 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
These people will not learn. So, have fun with them. Get your revenge. Lie and keep them on the phone for as long as you can. They get paid by how many sales they make. So, the longer you keep them on the phone, the fewer sales calls they can make. I had one of the phone for 20 minutes yesterday and then told him that I was not interested in his scams. He wasted another 10 minutes trying to tell me it wasn't a scam. He was mad. I laughed by butt off!!!!! He was so mad that wasted 1/2 hour of this time and screwed up his call statistics.

I hate these people. I truly wish that whoever is responsible for these calls would die. That's not even a joke.

So, I watched and listened to DufferX's video on Matthew4 and learned a lot. Sorry, Duff I do not believe in original sin so we have no connection there BUT I do believe that we have the duty to help one another and be as loving as the Creator of All. I called several numbers and the one that seemed the most efficient was the Federal Trade Commission. Call: 1-877-382-4357 to report fraud. I told them that these people call me with their recorded "Your automobile warranty is about to expire" and "This is regarding your current credit card interest". My 4Runner is 21 years old so I think it's warranty is a little past it's expiration date! I have only one credit card and it has no balance on it. They still want the numbers to my life. They are really EVIL sons of Loki, aren't they?

Recorded message about lowering an interest rate.
Spoke to Nicole who was very RUDE. I told them to remove me from the list and she HUNG UP on me. So sick of these calls!
Called the FTC and gave them my information. They told me this was a SCAM!

Well, I am not certain how the "VoiceLog" company's info. got mixed up with these credit helper a**holes but the BSG folks in Texas have NOTHING to do with this. So, "Outraged" I'm with you in the pissed off arena but we need the real perpetrators of this evil stuff not some handy, innocent whipping boys. I tried calling the 386 number and got the very obviously fake "this number has been disconnected...etc." message.

This is a scam to gain your credit card information. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION EVEN YOUR NAME. GET WHAT INFORMATION FROM THEM (PERSONS NAME, COMPANY NAME ETC.) THEN CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AT 1-877-382-4357 AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT. IT DOES NO GOOD TO COMPLAIN TO A BUNCH OF PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET THAT CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. MAYBE IF THE FTC,FCC AND THE FBI GET ENOUGH CALLS SEEING AS THEY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS SINCE 2004, THEY WILL GET OFF THEIR FAT BUREAUCRATIC BUTTS AND DO SOMETHING.
West Texas 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
They called my office but hung up as soon as I answered. The phone and my home phones are on the do not call list. No name shows on caller id.
sam 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
The first number given in the prior message should have been 1-877-317-6098. sorry. Typed to quickly.
sam 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
Two working phone numbers for this group - 1-887-317-6098 or 1-877-383-7748(sometime goes to voice box) Both working numbers as of 4/6/09.
These number put you in touch with customer services. But it is the working number for all of these credit card cards as well as the car warranty calls.
Courney will probably answer the phone. Keep calling ( and I mean keep calling) until they stop these calls. You can block your number by dailing *67 first. Good luck.

calls almost daily, hangs up rather than leave a message
Sandy 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
I have received this call a few times in the past few months about lowering my credit card interest. When I tell them I am on the "Do Not Call" list, they just hang up and call again a few days later. This is really getting annoying. What can we do if we can not rely on the do not call listing.
Ralph 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
Received a call. Went to the voice mail, and they did not leave a message.
karl kulow 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
1 386-767-8027 they keep calling. i have no interest. i am on federal do not call list
Monterey 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
It looks as if this is one of many spoofed numbers from an offshore group that calls with credit card or auto warranty offers every few days. I've complained to FTC with no results. Block this number along with 786-369-7342, 386-767-8027, 305-696-3837 and many, many more.

Another, in a string of, annoying calls from this number. They do not leave a message - not that I would want to hear anything that they have to "push".
JKH 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
receiving calls from this number about
"last chance to decrease my credit card payments" In very URGENT voice. Number is "disconnected" if you try calling back. Would love to know who these folks are.
CJA 2011-06-06 20:46:55 Unknown
We recieve at least 2 calls from this number each week. They usually occur around 09:00 MST and contain a recorded message that we should call the number a.s.a.p. regarding our credit card account. We always hang up and do not respond to their requests. Whereas, it is very likely that they are just one of many telephone scams occuring in these challenging economic times. I have provided the number and a complaint to our State Attorney General's office in attempt to make them aware of their opperations in our state.

It seems we are always getting these calls in the late evening, they are really beginning to both. What can be done to get rid of them?
