Calling me at least twice a day for a week now. This is the 7th 386 area code phone number to spam me in the last 2 weeks. We've even tried calling them back to tell them to stop calling but there's never any answer. I re-registered all my family's cell numbers at the Do Not Call Registry.

RECEIVED A CARD SAYING "ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS" RETURN THE QUESTIONNAIRE TO DM7D AND RECEIVE A $15 GIFT CARD FOR HOME DEPOT, SENT IT LAST YEAR IN DEC., STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING AND THE PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED...

I also received their call, answered their questions and was promised a $15. reward for a ham or turkey.  This has taught me a good lesson about card or phone call advertising.

I am almost positive it is home depot.  at one time i filled out a card for a 10.00 gift card and they contacted me saying they need to set up a time to meet up with me.  I refused because i had a flood and couldnt sit with them anywhere, house was torn apart.  they said they would call back.  they call all the time but i ignore the call.  hope this helps.

I FELL FOR THE SUBWAY GIMMICK.  THE GUY WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE THERE FROM 7-8.  HE WOULD NOT LEAVE MY HOUSE TIL AFTER 10PM WHEN I FINALLY TOLD HIM THAT MY CHILDREN HAD NOT EATEN YET AND HE WAS STILL PUSHING. WE TOLD HIM WE DIDN'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT IN FRONT OF HIM THAT WE NEED TO LOOK OVER OUR BIDGET. THIS CREEP ACTUALLY OFFERED TO SIT IN HIS CAR FOR A MINUTE.  LOL  HAD NO MANNERS. MY CHILDREN DIDN'T GET DINNER TIL 1030 THAT NIGHT.  THEN I RAN INTO HIM IN A WALMART AFTER I HAD A SURGERY AND THE GUY FOLLOWED ME DOWN THE KETCHUP AISLE TRYING TO SELL THE WATER SOFTENER TO ME WHILE I DROVE OFF IN THE MOTORIZED SHOPPING CART.  WE TOLD HIM WE COULDN'T AFFORD IT AFTER THE SURGERY AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO MAKE THE COMMENT THAT WE MADE HIM LOOK BAD IN FRONT OF HIS BOSS AND THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE MACHINE FROM HIM.  I WAS PISSED.  DON'T EVER FALL FOR THIS DEAL.  HE'S LIKE THAT BLIND DATE THAT DIDN'T GO SO WELL THAT CONTINUES TO BUMP INTO YOU.  UGH!!!!

this company is a fraud they promise gift cards but you never receive them. even when you do everything they ask. dont fall for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This telemarketing company just will not take no for an answer.They are a rip off and a scam--beware!!

I MAILED IN AN SURVEY BUY THEM PROMISING A $15.00 GIFT CARD JUST FOR FILLING OUT AND MAILING THE SURVEY.  GOT A CALL AND WHILE I WAS TRING TO ANSWER THAT IT WAS ME THAT MAILED IN THE SURVEY THEY SAID THANKS AND HUNG UP. THAT WAS 8-26-10
STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE GIFT CARD.......SHOULD I CONTACT A RADIO SHOW OR THE NEWSPAPER AND ASK THEM TO INVESTAGATE  DM&M, INC. ISN'T THAT MAIL FRAUD WHEN THEY PROMISE SOMETHING AND THAN DON'T DELIVER??????????? I HAVE IT IF THE POST OFFICE WANTS TO SEE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a phone call from 386-767-9196 regarding my response to a newspaper ad survey that indicated a Home Depot 15.00 gift card for participating in the survey.  I could not reach this number when I attempted to find out why I do not qualify for the gift card.  I located a company called DM&D, Inc in Altamonte Springs Florida who provides the service I was asked questions about...water softening sytems.  I plan to contact this company regarding fraudulent claims on the advertisement.

Same thing is happening with me but on call back, it says phone is not in service...but it just called me.

On whitepages it says its from Daytona Beach, FL?????  Who knows...anyone else?

Missed a phone call on my cell phone called back busy, called again twice just rang and rang no one ever answered no voice mail  rang over 30 times
