I've just given my attorney enough information to file a civil suit against them. I could care less if I win anything; I just want to cause them to waste time...just like they have wasted my time. You see, money is not a problem for me so giving my atty a few grand to bother these people makes me happy.

The called ID showed a Jewel Weber. When I answered, I got a recorded message, "Don't be alarmed but you only have a limited time before this offer runs out".

These bastards call me constantly and leave the same message as everyone else gets and if you do pick up it is the same thing...press 1 for person and 2 to be removed. 2 does not work (obviously) and 1 gets you some jack*** that will hang up when you tell them not to call anymore. I will hunt these b_ll-less bastards down and I will stick their phones up their *ssess!!!!!!!! Reporting them here has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!! We need the government to do want they are supposed to do and have promised!!!!!!! They are just useless straphangers with cushy jobs. From now on I am going to give these pr*cks my senators phone numbers (yes, their home numbers as well as their office) and see how they like it.

Same here... call from 386-985-5500, press 1 to save on your CC, 2 to be removed.  2 does nothing, 1...might get you a person...might get you dead air.  If you get to a person, if you b***h about being removed you're hung up on.  I'm going to try and play along next time and see how long I can keep them on the phone.

I get calls from this 386-985-5500 number on a regular basis, always when I am not home. Same bu***hit.......press 1 now and lower your interest rates on your account. They can stick their lower interest rates up their a**. My interest rate is 0% - I pay my credit card off in full every month.

I have 2 words for these people....... PHUCKK YOU !!!!!!!

I got the exact same call. But 2 seconds after she hung up on me I called the number back and got the same as you... scam all the way and btw its an inhouse recording NOT a phone company recording regarding the changes they think they are sneaky.. but I for one reported it.

My 91 year old mother is receiving calls from this number.
She is on a no call list. They want her to get a credit card.
This company needs to be stopped. The location is somewhere
in north Florida.

Whoever is doing this is also using my home phone number in this scam.
I have to explain to someone every day that I did not place the call on their Caller ID. I have reported it to the phone company as well.

If someone uses your number this way, your number is not charged for the call.
The scammer is simply putting your number out as an alias to prevent others
from seeing his number.

They called from 386-985-5500.  The man was rude when I questioned him about the company he worked for.  When I started to tell him that I had asked them not to call me, he hung up on me.  About 2 hours later I called that number and got a recording telling me the number had been changed to 386-985-5467.  When I called that number I got a recording telling me the number had been changed to an unlisted number.

I'm going to find my instructions on "Call Block" and I'm going to block them next time they call.

why not visit ran david barnea at 21955 Cypress Drive apt 48F Boca Raton Florida and ask him to stop calling you?  same for his pal, Mark Burton of PHL International Inc at 836 South Military Trail at Deerfield Beach FL.  look for the parking space that is reserved for "mark."  tell them you don't want to talk to them anymore.

I get regular calls from this same damned number and it drives me nuts!

I called this number (386-985-5500), and I got a recording that said the number had been changed, and I was givin 386-985-5467. So I called that number, and got a recording stating that this number has been changed to a non published number.
I say either be on the line, when I answer, or don?t bother us.

Most of the time they hang up. I think I have had a few when I come home that have left a message about some credit card thing. I usually just delete off my caller ID but I am sick and tired of this so I have to try something else.

If you have access to your account online, go to features and block list and add it to the list.

12 November 2008 received phone call and allowed recorder to take it as I was on a shortwave radio net. They left no message and just hung up.    Will be watching for further calls.

just got a call from the same number but all my caller ID said was "Florida"

I think you must have followed a spoof trail.  FIA is a legitmate company that does the servicing for one of my credit cards.  The phone number is in northern Florida, not Deleware.

Other than that, several others have already posted my story.  Reporting to the Do Not Call government website is about as useful as reporting fraud to EBay!

This number just called my house, I'm on no call list. Caller ID says, "Call Center, FL." I did not answer, no message was left. I never answer for unknown #'s (bill collectors too). Funny... I'm reading all previous comments on this number, they are trying to lower your credit card rate? LMAO!!!!! All 3 of my credit cards are in collection! They really don't know any info on anyone do they? If they call me again... I'll answer, lol, I'll sarcastically ask if they can lower my collection debt. Bet they'll just hang up on me.
