Just another one of the spoofed numbers used by the "card services" scammers. Google my name to learn how to stop their annoying calls, while also having some fun!

I get at least two calls daily from 394-000-9946. It is always about credit card rates. I have reported this several times ant they STILL CALL! I am disabled and do not need this harrassment.

The newest version is from "Ann" who is calling about your "Visa/Master card" account. But it's the same old scam. Pay them to get lower rates which of course never happens. Legitimate companies would never ask for payment to lower rates, which none of them ever do anyway.

DEAR Rachel/Heather/Ashley, IF I COULD I'D RIP OFF YOUR HEADS AND CRAP DOWN YOUR THROATS

The calls come almost almost daily.
I am listed on the no call list but that doesn't help.
The calls are about credit card interest & I don't have any.

If this is Rachel/Heather/Ashley calling you to lower card rates, then this is a scam call. Cardholder Services is not a legit company. It's a generic-sounding FAKE company to steal the up-front payment they want from you to reduce your rates.

This company calls, over and over, with different phone numbers, every time (have recorded 46 different phone numbers used in 2012). I have not had a credit card since 2000 and I have no credit card debt. I've tried, through the automated service, to be taken off their list; with no results. I've also tried to speak with a human being; always results in being hung up on, as soon as I mention taking me off the list or the fact I've requested to be taken off the list more than a dozen times.
More than highly annoyed at this point.
