I have been getting these calls all day...Also 495-306-3874, same thing

This number called me at 8:30 am this morning, then 11:30am, then 11:45am.  When I call back - bc they don't leave a message, I get a message from Verizon saying that this is a non-working number.

Same thing for me. I told them my number is on the do not call list and that I did not apply for a car loan. What kinda crazy scam is this?

Called to tell me that my car loan had been approved.  I did not request a car loan.
