Received a call from this number on Feb. 4, 2014. I did not answer the call. If it is Enterprise rent-a-car, I have not rented from this company in over a year.
Very suspicious. You know if they don't leave a message, it is some sort of solicitation. Enough said.

About an hour ago I received a call from this number (151 400-940-3569) I didn't recognize so I did not answer. I did rent a car from Enterprise Car rental 2 days ago so it may very well have been a customer satisfaction survey as some others here have mentioned.

I rented a panel van last week for a day from Enterprise. I got a call from that 400 # today and I also did not answer also not recognizing the #. Upon a search of the #, the #400 is NOT used anywhere for an area code.
