The call is from Citizen's Bank...a customer satisfaction survey.  They are a nuisance.

Called several times; never leaves message; stays on line but doesn't say anything; Listed  as from West Warwick or Carolina, RI.

Been receiving calls from this number myself.  Tried to call back, but no answer.

Never leaves message. Once I answered the call and you can tell there was someone on the other end, but they didn't say anything and then they hung-up.
