I've been getting calls as well (I'm also in the 401 area code).  I've been ignoring them, but my fiancee called the number back.  It's some sweepstakes.  He didn't listen to who it was, and when I tried calling back again the call was dropped.

This number has been calling me a lot lately as well. I have it blocked on my cell. I'm also within the 401 area code. Are you from Rhode Island as well? I wasn't sure if this was just a local thing or not.
