They called I never delt with first per emir or pinnacle but I get tons of calls from people who had my number over 3 years ago (3 years march I had it) I had one tell me I was lying that I was in fact person calling. I said if your so sure Whar is my address and last 4 of my ss and they hng up

Cali Gal, Get ahold of the California Attorney General. They are the office that regulates collection agencies in the state. Report they are harrassing you and you're son. Let them deal with the collectors.

Yikes Pinnacle Financial again ! ! ! I got a new cell phone number that at one time was issued to someone who did not pay her bills. Now I get calls from Pinnacle Financial every day. They call from different numbers but it seems all the call are from them. I have explained to them a number of times that I an not who they are looking for, I don't know the person they are looking for and asked them not to call me again. One of their people called me and cussed me out, hung up then, called back to do it again. How can I get through to them I am not the person they want:?
Should I report them to California Dept of Justice for harrassment?

These people Keep calling my 10 year old boy... No sooner that I told them to stop they called him right back.. I gues they think its funny to call a 10 year olds prepaid cell number 5 times in a row..
I should have goten more info but I was so mad I could not think straight..

I got a all from this number, I did no answer as I did not recognize the area code or number. I looked it up and found this and that the area code is from Rhode Island.
