and heared many abusive language and dirty language

I received calls from +401 and +52478080 since yesterday evening. I don't know whom number is this

I received a call and they were able to hack into my computer and then my refrigerator and set all of my settings to 45 degrees.  Melted my entire stash of food and flooded my apartment.  Darn DOTS!!!!

LOL "hacked through your phone"????  Wow.  I work in tech support and have heard my fair share of idiotic statements.  Might have a winner here.  Pretty happy i googled this because now i have some serious stupid to share.  Hacked from a phonecall.  TROLOLOLOLOL

Helpless people.... Can only make joke about it.

My friend sent me a text message with this number, and I was all like 'wtf' so... When I called the number, I started laughing SO HARD!

My friend just said, "Call this it's hilarious."  So I guess he didn't want to be mean...anyway, called it months ago, and just had my husband call and listen.  Not anything bad.  But if you don't think it's funny then...ok.  If you're scared to call...then okay.  Just wanted to let you know, it's not bad, you don't get charged money, and everyone who said you can't, is right.  You would just tell your phone company, "Hey I didn't know," and they would take the charge off.  You can't get a virus from a phone call, and no one can hack into your phone (if they could, they wouldn't need you to call to do it).  So...do what you want with it...

Got a text last night saying call this number if you don't want to die.  My son made me call...he was a little freaked out (he's just a kid).  It was a recorded message trying to get me to sign up for some stupid jokes or ringtones...or something like that.  NOT FUNNY!!!!

Apparently, it is a free call according to some of the posts on here, depending on your carrier.  I did call this number and it was hilarious.  Looks like some of these people posting on here are really serious about life...sometimes, this is how we get a heart attack.  Personally, I thought it was really funny.

It's an area code 401 number, just a normal Rhode Island number. It's not a 900 number so it can't charge you anything without you giving a credit card number or banking info (it doesn't ask for any). And it's not a virus because... well, it's a friggin phone call! Worse case scenario: you get charged long distance if you don't have a RI number.

I am sorry you feel that way, but there are Americans willing to work hard for a call center. And I am one of them. I am handicap and work from home for a call center. And I do not make $20 to $30 an hour, but $9 and I am doing dsl support and other support. I do not drop calls, have a high customer rating, and work with a team of other handicap people that are happy to have a job they can do from home. Maybe you did not look hard enough in your search for those in the USA willing to do the job.

I guess it might have been funnier if I hadn't known what to expect, but it wasn't particularly clever. I wouldn't even bother sending that to a friend because they would just think I was a dork for sending them something so corny!

I'm glad some people enjoyed it, though - to each his own I guess.

My son got this call months ago and no charge of follow up calls.

Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.  Get over yourselves, quit being so serious, lighten up and have fun for once in your life.  Life is too short to take everything so serious.
