They called, left no message.  I never answer, of course.

Got a call yesterday from this #
they said that I had done a survey about 2 months ago.
(NOT) they said I had won a complete security system for my home a 1200.00 value FREE.
wooo hooo!!! When I told them that I wasn't interested,
I was called an "a***ole" and they hung up.
I'll loose sleep over that.
But never the less if the phone number starts with (401)
Don't bother, it's not worth you time.

Received multiple calls from the number. Does not leave voice message. Does anyone know whom they are and why they are calling??

Just got a call from this as well.  Didn't answer cause i figured it was some BS.

Got a message from this number. The lady just said "Mom" twice then hung up.
That's pretty low! But nothing new here I guess.

Received a call today 7/14/2011.  Caller ID shows "UN Assign   RI"  Left no message.

Just got another call from this company telling me its a survey about my smoke detectors and if I have then in my home.  When I asked who wanted to know the person said it was a nationwide survey.  I still asked who wanted to know the information and was told that I was being called from Tampa, Florida.  However, the thick accent made that hard to believe.  When I stated that I would not answer the question unless I knew who the "company" represented, I was asked why I was wasting her time.  Ummmm who's wasting who's time here.

I get this same message..someone must be trying to spoof or something fraudulent.

Calls come from this number constantly.  I don't answer and they do not leave messages.  I decided to return call to see who was on the other end as the name on my caller ID says UN ASSIGN RI,  I got "this call can not be completed as dialed", so I googled it and got this site.  Seems to me a scam and the FTC should shut them down.

This is the 100th call we have received from the GE company representatives trying to put a security system in. I have asked for them to discontinue the calls and that we are NOT INTERESTED and now they call for harrassment purposes. One man continues to call and say things like I love you. Other numbers come under the name of Avery Place. If there is a way to get this company fined to the point where they go out of business, it would be a very good thing. Not only are they rude but also disrespectful and when no means no, they should never call again.

Just received my 2nd call from this #.  made the mistake of answering the 1st.  Asked to be removed from call list.  They hung up on me.  Rejected the 2nd call.

The man with a heavy accent told me he wanted to ask me a few questions and that he was from Total Survey Solutions." They called me and my brother also.  Had an extremely heavy accent and told me their name but I couldn't understand them.  I don't know how they got both our numbers...

I have been getting calls from them for several weeks now on my cell... googled the number and found this...   just from the number used you could tell something was up with it... Thanks all for posting..

Received a missed call yesterday with no voice message. Called back only to hear a "number not in service" message. Today I received the same call, answered, and it was just silent even after saying "hello" three times. I then hung up.

Looks like they have laid low for three years.  I just got called by this number yesterday.  I googled and am thankful to have found this site.  We have a small minute package on our cell. I hit 'reject' so it wouldn't go to voice mail and count against my minutes.  I hope they get the 'hint'.

I keep getting a call from this number too, and I cannot understand anything they are saying other than they are not selling something..how can we make it stop.

Had two missed calls from 401-401-0401 on my cell phone.  So I Googled for it, as I suspected it was a scam.  I wish there was a way to block calls from certain numbers, as I'm sure they will keep calling until we answer.

This number called and I answered to only be hung up on! RUDE! I'm tired of AT&T letting other people's telemarketers come through on MY phone.

Just got a call from them...around 9PM on a Wed night.  Hung up as soon as I said hello.  Googled them, and found this thread.

first they called from a 406 area code; I called back and got on their do not call list. An hour later they called from this number!! When I call back there's just "space" when the phone is answered. No one responds.

DISH TV - I am not a customer of theirs and they keep calling my cell telling me that 'it's an important message about my account" that I should "pay my bill".  I do not subscribe to their service, I don't owe them any money and they keep calling and calling....sigh....
