Called at 10:30 PM. I answered to no message or response.

This is RI number from a company called PC Call - you make the call through their directory to whom ever you are calling. If I called anyone on the planet through PCCall 401-424-9005 would show at the receiving end. No worries it is a cheap way for people to call long distance throughout the world. I know because I use it

I recieved a call with no one on the other end of the live twice.  Once the call went to the answering maching where nothing was recorded and the other I answered and no one was on the other end.

Call twice in a row with no response or message.
