called my cel - i didn't answer - tried to call it back and asked that I press and digit -- hung  up

401-562-1467 called me yesterday.  Telemarketers for a home security system start with trying to scare you about rising numbers of break-ins.  I answered because I thought it was a potential employer's alternative number.  I hung up without "press 1 to be removed from the list".  I do not know how they got my number which is also on the Do-not-call-list - they could be just trying all numbers in order to see if they get any takers.

Just think all the info someone could get of your phone alone your age name you make calls to banks text to family I mean if authority's can get your text and phone calls and so on why not hackers there are people smart enough to figure it out just saying

I got a call from that number 5 times already same thing I hang up but it is everytime after I am on my phone on Facebook or other sites so I do beleave that being on line no matter how secure your sites or phone is they found a way and if there is one scam or company being able to get your phone or info from being online thru your phone then there can be lots of them

No one here knows who they are.  You have to protect yourself.  Call blocker is a possibility.

Got a call today... Seams this is a new telemarketing campaign. I've had this call from different number... Just reject and keep it moving

Got a call from this number today. Answered to keep it from going to voice mail but stayed quiet. I didn't hear any noise on the other end and it disconnected after 30 seconds

Got call from this number, no ID so did not answer. No voice mail. Typical pattern of nuisance call.

I haven't answered either, but I have received many phone calls from the Northern Los Angeles Area # (818) 756-7488, as well this Warwick, Rhode Island # (401) 562-1467. I haven't answered any calls and I don't plan to. I just hope something will be done about this because it's quite annoying.

RECOMMEND reporting this number to Federal Trade Commission by calling 1-877-382-4357 and your local state attorney general office.

Got a call from this number. No voicemail left. Didn't answer. I'm sure it's a spam recording and wouldn't worry about it if you got the call. Just ignore numbers you don't recognize. If it's important they'll leave a message

Called my cell at 1:37pm CST.  No message.  Don't care.  Must be a salesperson or scammer.  If no one leaves me a message, it can't be important.  Won't lose any sleep over it.  The fact that companies are in business to charge you $9.95 to find out the name makes me wonder if this is connected with them somehow?  There are curious people that will make companies like this rich!  

I keep getting these calls from different numbers but the same damn company trying to sell a freaking security system. I block one number and they call on another.

Got a call, no message. Called back the the line was "busy". So Strange.

I've gotten a call from this number three days in a row.  I haven't picked it up once, but they continue to call and at different times during the day.  Thanks for the insight I will not pick up.

Automated recording about preventing break-ins.  Voicemail only captured about five seconds of the call before disconnecting.

Good idea for those of you that has several unwanted callers to your phone.. You should, label them on your contacts list as DNA1, DNA2, etc..

DNA stands for: Do Not Answer..
