what is it?

got a call from this number the ID sais Omaha, NE.  Dont know what that means. I didnt answer it, I have my fax machine connected so they are not able to leave a message.

Called at 8:00 am. Went to voicemail. No message..just a hangup.

I keep getting a call from this number and the message left is a hang up.

I got a call from this number and the message left was a hangup. Since May 20.
they keep calling me three times a day, whom they are?
We need to do something agains those types of calls.

Received a call from this number. No message left.  As reported by Skylar, this is from Chase USA.  In this particular instance it actually pertained to a Pier 1 credit card, which is managed by Chase.

They keep calling me at 8 AM and then hang up... when I return the call the machine asks if I am some woman's name to press 1 with no other options.  When I try to hot any other number they do not allow it so there is NO way to terminate this harassment.  I guess a lawyer is next.

They called here today and hung up, too.  I hit redial when I checked caller ID and got this message saying "hit 1 if you are Vicki Short".  Well, I'm not Vicki Short.  It didn't give me any other option.  I hope someone by that name isn't out and about destroying my credit.

I have been called repeatedly from this #. I do not answer. Caller allows call to go to voicemail, but leaves no message. Apparently from Omaha area.

called 1800-659-8741 (chase main number) and told them to get me off...ha!...I also told them to take me off their list...

I keep receiving calls daily many times a day from 402-220-4353.  I registered in the Do Not Call Registry weeks ago.  Is there is a way to stop this unwanted calls?

I call back and get a message from Chase Bank for (Lance W Infantosi?) and it takes me nowhere because I'm not him.

Ditto. Called about someone else's account. Tried to call back and could not get ahold of a person.

These guys are Chase Bank.  I called back and got an automated message saying they were going to connect me to another representative.

They have called twice on my cell phone and I haven't answered. I'm planning on calling back and getting my number off of their list.

Same thing happened to me,
they were calling the wrong number for a past due balance with Chase Bank.

I received several calls from this number as well. When you call same number back, the machine ask you to enter you bank routing and checking account numbers. I then hung up. I called some 800 number for BP cards listed in one of the report in this blog and they said they have nothing to do with this phone number (402).
I don't know what else can we do to stop these calls.

They call every hour, from 8am till 9pm.  I sometimes answer their calls, but no one is ever there.  Once in awhile a real person will be on the phone stating its Chase about my Circuit City credit card.

I don't have a BP credit card or a Toys R Us card so I'm not sure what they want with me. 8:15 AM!

Calls daily to my business phone number for someone else

I had this same problem...starting getting automated calls from (402) 220-4353.  Followed all the menu options and couldn't get to a live person.  Looked up BP credit cards on google and found customer service number of (800) 432-3117.  Called this number, they transferred me to "Fraud Dept", and those folks were able to look up the acct in question and remove my phone number.  Looks like it was caused by a data entry typo.  No fraud.

Card Services automated calling machine has no option to go to a live person.  They have wrong number and I can't turn it off!

Received phone calls for two days on my work phone for some "Milagros Fernandez" (whoever that is).  Apparently it's a generic collections number and there is no way to talk to an operator.  If you press zero, they hang up on you.  The call was regarding a BP gas credit card so I looked up any BP numbers I could find.  They transferred me to collections and they took my number off of their list.

2 calls within 1 hour, no one home at the time, just hang-ups on our answering machine.
