I too receive calls three to six times per day - check on google under CUSTOM RESPONSE - it is what is on my caller ID - there are a lot more complaints - I have filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL list

I called back the pieces of sh*t and it does say Wells Fargo, so I called the retards back and it gave a message mentioning "If you want to be added to the National DO NOT CALL LIST (which I have been on from the start) leave a message with your number and you will be removed" I just left the rudest message I have ever left over the phone, and I don't even talk to people like that, but I'm going on a few months of these calls, even waking me up in the morning, and I let them or the message anyway HAVE IT, and ended my call with "And I don't give a f**k if I have a mortgage with you"

Calls every day (sometimes multiple times) and doesn't ever leave a message.  From other sites, it appears that this company is telemarketing on behalf of several different banks, insurance, and/or mortgage companies.  If this were a legitimate or important call, a message would be left.  I will file multiple complaints with the Do Not Call Registry to correspond with the multiple calls.  Even though I may do business with the company that contracted "Custom Response" to harass us, reporting all unverified calls has worked in the past for me.
Other good advice I read elsewhere was, "I called my bank and told them to take me off all promotional offers, and it will take 60 days until that takes effect."

called several times approx. 20 times.I finally got fed up and picked the phone up and asked if they could hold until I got my wife for them.I then said she would be right there in a few seconds,and made them hold another 3-4 minutes and then another 3-4 minutes.The dum bastards kept holding and running up there phone bill.I do it every time they call..

Says they're Wells Fargo with some insurance offer that supposedly benefits me.  I tried to deny their offer, but they were like you don't pay for 60 days and then you can decide if you want to keep it or not. Then, I had to verify my address, name, and birthday.  Then, they introduced themselves again and said some stuff (wasn't listening that much) and suddenly put me on hold.  Then, they hung up.

caller I D says Custom Response.  We have been receiving calls from them for many, many months - at least once or twice a day, in the a.m. & p.m., with a number of different phone numbers, but the same area code & prefix and caller I.D. This morning I received 5 calls from 223-2l75 in the span of 4 hours.  I picked up the fifth call and there was someone on the other end. (this is the first time I have picked up - they have never left a message) I told him I was busy on my computer registering a complaint regarding the hundreds of calls to my # from their #.  I told him to remove our # from their database.  Considering the many different numbers that they have, I don't expect them to quit anytime soon, but I will continue to file complaints on each of the numbers as they call.

This number called us multiple times.  Out of curiosity I finally answered the phone.  They asked for my husband.  I asked who was calling.  He said Jeff something with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  He wanted to make sure I was listed on the mortgage.  I told him I was, but that my question to him was why does the caller I.D. show up as Waldo Penner.  He said he had no idea.  I told him that we weren't interested in any offers.  I then hung up. We are  on the National Do Not call list.

We also get these calls. I've never picked up, but if they are from Wells Fargo, then I suppose we get them because we have a mortgage with them.  That's how they get around the Do Not Call List - you've blocked telemarketers, but any company you do business with is apparently allowed to call you.  I think the best thing to do would be to speak to Wells Fargo directly and have them remove them from their call list.  That worked for me with Bank of America.

I CALL ON JUNE 23 AND ORDER THE INTERNET.THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE ON JULY 2 2009,TO HOOK IT UP BETWEEN THE HRS OF 12 AND 5:00.I WATIED ON THEM ALL AFTERNOON AND NO ONE SHOW UP. I posted this information in the wrong area...so here it is again. A call comes in...we usually ignore it but today I answered with the intent to tell them I am on the no call list but no one was on the line...they call at least once a day...sometimes twice..Monday through Saturday. This call will go in phases as well they will call every day for several weeks...then stop...only to resume at a later time....I just want it to stop all together!!!

If 402-223-2175 says they are calling for Wells Fargo, here's info on their corporate office in San Francisco. I had to dig deep looking for an 800 number for them (and I mean deep cause they buried it deep). This way it doesn't cost us anything to call.

Try this . . . pick up the phone, immediately say "please hold" and press the mute button.  Let it sit for several minutes then hang up.  I tried this and the calls slowed to one per day and then they stopped!

Have been receiving multiple calls daily from this number.  (I refuse to answer as they never leave a message.)  Read other postings and saw that it might be related to Wells Fargo with whom we have our mortgage.  Signed onto their website and changed my privacy preferences to all "No" for sharing information with other Wells Fargo companies.  We'll see what happens!

I google map waldo penner address given by some of the reports i read and it looks like a residential street. I is very annoying i have answered a few times to find out who they are but there is no response.  The calls are annoying and i keep getting calls as early as 8 am.  the National Don't Call is not working. Isn't there some sort of number to call if we are on that list and still receive calls?
