THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST JOBS I HAVE EVER HAD.  FOR THE MOST PART EXCEPT FOR SOME OF THE LITTLE KIDS THAT THINK IT IS FUNNY TO IMPERSONATE SOMEONE AND SAY THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE!  DON'T USE MY NAME AGAIN!

I am a current manager, and times are hard for everyone so I work where I can. Our company is legit, but it could be a better place to work if we respsected certain laws. In non-rebuttal states, as a manager I am required to ensure employees rebuttal or clarify to an objection even though it is illegal. This is true, even though the computer screens show "non-rebuttal state." Make a complaint with your local Attorney General's office so we can change this practise because we don't like being forced to do so by upper management.

This is Custom Response, probably offering you a home loan from Wells Fargo, if you have any equity left in your home that is.
It does say if you leave your name and number they will remove you from the list. My guess is you will get harrassed even more if you do because then they will know that the phone number is actually valid.

Calls from this number twice daily for past two weeks, but as with other folks this place or person won't leave a message. My guess is they wait for someone to answer so they can use ambush tactics to sucker you into some "deal". At any rate this is very annoying.

CRTC aka Custom Response Telemarketing is calling my phone twice a day and not leaving a message.

CRTC is apparently obsessed with me.
I make it a rule to never answer unwanted calls, no matter how many times they call. I'd like to pretend they'd somehow get the message but I know it's not quite that simple. I started receiving calls from this place about a month or so ago. They call me 1-4 times daily, including late at night and on Sundays. They of course don't leave a message. I'm "glad" to see I'm not the only one with this problem. Good luck everyone! >_<

Got called early this morning - We no longer answer our land line. We use our cell phones now and give out our home number as unlisted. We too are on the no-call registry. However, we do use Wells Fargo. And by seeing that many have already found out this is Wells Fargo - well, we've found that are not  impressed with their "customer service" we have received in the past. So, I guess the phone calls are another one of their great "customer service" ideas.

If this is in fact Wells Fargo attempting to "TELEMARKET" you to take out a mortgage on you home equity, do the same I did with the number from Florida that was calling 5 or 6 times a day to sell me insurance for Wells Fargo.

Just send email to BoardCommunications@wellsfargo.com which is the Board of Directors. It seems to have stopped the calls telemarketing WF insurance. I was supposed to have been put on Wells Fargos 'Do Not Call' list.

Guess I'll start sending emails for this number too.

listen, we are just doing our job.. i have a family to provide for and that job was the only one that hired me at the time. so be a little nicer to the employess we are just doing our jobs and we are humans to and deserve respect, we are not calling you on purpose. we are on automatic dialers so we can't help who we call. :( no this is not my most favorite job but it puts food on my family's table. if you want to yell at someone then ask for the supervisor and get there corporate number. please stop taking it out on the employees though we are just doing our jobs. we read a script and we have to rebuttal twice before we can hang up or we will get in trouble if we don't follow the rules.

The company youre referring to crt is a legitimate company and the best way to stop them from.calling.you to get them to stop calling you is to pick up the phone and tell.them to put you on the do not call list right off the bat cursing tem out won't stop the calls plus the people that work there are just trying to  put bread on the table in a crappy economy just like the rest of us

I've been getting the same calls, I also get calls from Qwest customer support, Chase bank visa, and a few others.  When they call, I always tell them they have the wrong number.  They used to call me 2-3 times a month.  Amazingly this has been very effective and by doing this I have stopped about 90% of the calls.  Even if it IS a valid call and they are trying to warn me of a possible fraud on my account, I always manually check my balance & transactions every other day online so there's no info I need (or would want) to give them.

FOOLS! You all sit there and say your filing FCC complaints when it is a total waste of your time! It doesn't mean crap if you are on your precious DNC list! You have an established business relationship with Wells Fargo. That alone makes the DNC list null and void. You can be called!!!! Plus morons, if you don't answer, they will keep calling!! Duh! Finally, if you idiots would bother to look into some of the rules and regulations some, you will find that in most cases, it is illegal for solicitors to leave a message on some ones answering machine unless it is automated. Educate yourselves people and learn to fix the problem instead of crying about it!

Calls from 402 254-2119 twice everyday, but always a hang-up when I answer. Appears I can't get this to stop so will just stop answering.

We keep getting calls from 402-254-2119 at any time of the day or evening.  When the answering machine picks up - - they hang up.  I just received a call this morning and I finally decided to answer it.  They never said a word and never hung up while I was on the phone.  This is very annoying.  Plenty of researching on the net to see who this phone number belongs to reveals no answers.  I did find out that some of these companies are exempt from the "do not call" obligation.  I think this entity should be put on the list as a hassarasser since they don't leave a message or talk once you answer their stupid phone call.

I received a call from this number and before they even started talking I explained that I didn't talk with scammers and that I was hanging up.  All I got was silence on the other end.

I wasnt a crabby old woman til I kept getting all these stupid calls.  I too do not answer if caller is unknown, this crtc calls every day at least once.  I will NEVER answer it, but I will complain to Wells Fargo and see if that does any good.

Calls and hangs up as with everyone else. I am starting to believe it is Wells Fargo because they keep mailing me offers to buy accidental death insurance for my mortgage with them. How ironic that a company that keeps wanting me to switch to paperless statements to save a tree, has no problem stuffing my mailbox with junk mail, and is now tying up my phone line/answering machine as well (T_T)

They have been  harassing me for the last few days, they asked for a woman with a different name than me at first.  Next day, asked for me.  I already contacted Wells Fargo directly about this, and they told me to bring in the number so that they can do an investigation.  Funny thing, I don't have a mortgage or anything else through them.  No one else in my family who has WF is getting these either.

If this is another Wells Fargo go round to attempt to sell you insurance or a "special offer". I find that emailing the Board of Directors may help. Their email address is BoardCommunications@wellsfargo.com

why bother having your phone number on the national do not call list if we still get these calls.....

Been getting a lot of calls from these folks. Several during the day. Some in the morning and some in the evening. Caller ID says CRTC. Best that I know at the moment, it is coming from Hartington, NE. I'm on the Don Not Call list. Make note also that the money grabbers have shifted my mortgage to Wells Fargo.

They call everyday.  How do you make it stop?

I am on the DNC list and do not appreciate these calls!  If I want to buy insurance then I'll contact them.  
They are in violation of the DNC list.  Please do something about this!
