I got a call from Janice or Janet Lyon.  She would not give any information; just wanted to talk to the head of household by name.  I will not pass on information nor answer this # again.

I got a call from this # on 10/27/11 but I don't answer numbers I don't know. I blocked my # and called them back. A recording said "Hello. It is important that we speak with you.Your call may be recorded for quality assurance. This is not a sales call. We will be with you shortly." I hung up. They don't even identify the company. The best thing to do to keep from "reactivating" anything is to just ignore any calls you don't recognize...then google them, and depending on who it is, you could always report them to the FCC & BBB. Goog luck...

On Monday, June 13th, 2011, I received a call on my cel from 402-342-6598 but didn't answer as I don't accept calls from unknown #'s. To my surpise later that afternoon at work my supervisor tells me that a Dorothy needs me to call her back & turns out to be from that same #. Boy, I'm sure it's illegal to bother you at work. Lol I downloaded an app on my blackberry over a month ago that allows me to block calls & texts so I simply added this 402-342-6598 to the block list. Lol awesome app blocks texts & picks up unwanted calls and hangs up on them just as quickly lol gotta love it :)

Left Voicemail at business number, requesting information from 3rd party regarding me. 3rd party information was supposed to be in a locked file.

I received a call on my caller ID, and they never left a voice message.  If I am not available to answer a call at least have the curtosy to leave a name and message. That is why they invented VOICE MAIL.  I don't answer unsolicited, restricted or unavailabel calls. I called the number and get a recording that says "We will be with you shortly, this is not a sales call" and your put on hold

I had the same issue.

Alvin called and left a message for me to call.  I returned call, no ring tone, caller picks up and says, "Business office".  I ask for Alvin, but am informed he has left for the day.  She indicates they are looking for me.  I inform her that is who she is speaking with.  She says that they are a debt collector for Children's Hospital.  I inform her someone else is handling that account.  She then gets very short with me indicating I need to deal with them and not the hospital directly.  I tell her that I will only deal with the hospital.  She says, "Well good luck with that" and hangs up on me
