Her New Name is Sandra Bills and she is selling a 2007 Ford Fusion on Yahoo! Motors.

1) price of the vehicle so far below market value
2) so few miles on the vehicle
3) shipping the vehicle on "her" dime--even shipping it BACK to "her" on "her" dime if you don't like the vehicle--yet "she" says "she" needs the money
4) no driver's license
5) "she" doesn't respond SPECIFICALLY to your questions
6) when "she" finally gives up "her" phone number, it IS suspiciously an Omaha, NE area code, but the person on the other end sounds NOTHING like what you'd think a "Susan Bransford" would sound like
7) requesting money before you've even SEEN the vehicle in person

I'm sure there are red flags that I've left out, but here's my FAVORITE:

8) WHO IN THEIR RIGHT F****NG MIND WOULD LET YOU DRIVE AROUND IN THEIR F****NG CAR FOR FIVE DAYS WHILE YOU "DECIDE" IF YOU WANT IT OR NOT???!!!!! WHILE THEY'RE IN ANOTHER MOTH******ING STATE!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, PLEASE! Everyone who's been scammed by these moth******ers should file a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). They're partnered with the FBI, and it's the first place I went to. I'm also in the process of getting them blacklisted on Vehix, the first site where I saw their ad.

"She" almost got me with two different ads: one on Vehix (http://beta.vehix.com/find-cars/los-angeles/2011/ford/flex/77000002950809) and one on carsforsale.com (http://www.carsforsale.com/used_cars_for_sale/2011_Ford_Flex_143544507_6). Same emails word for word, same fake PayPal account, different vehicle: 2011 Ford Flex Limited for $18,990, but of course "she" was willing to take $18,000. Called the number, 402-557-0375, and got a woman with a very thick accent over a very bad connection. Told her I reported her to the FBI, which I did. THIS Susan's email address is susan.bransford0@hotmail.com.

I'm in the process of reporting this scam to anyone and everyone who will listen. These cold-blooded criminals must be stopped! I don't feel safe with them having my address right now! My next step was to send the money, but luckily, I'm a poor moth******er, and I would've had to have gotten approved for a loan first, which probably would not have happened. My "PayPal invoice" is in my inbox as I type this. I'm keeping every bit of correspondence related to these heathens, and I can only hope it will be of use in taking them down SOON...

We went through this last year - lost a lot of $$! Same situation, I believe it's the same people. Always using some kind of story. It's a guy, we have talked with him over the phone. He then disconnects his phone. Save all your info. and turn into police. If we get enough responses, maybe they will do something. ALSO, the PayPal account they are talking about is a fake front page. It's NOT the real PayPal. You will end up wiring money and will never get it back.

Been emailing with this person regarding another vehicle she claims to want to unload at 18,000 to 25,000 below blue book value.  When it is to good to be true it generally is.  Exact same email word for word with a different car.  Obviously a scam, anyone who buys on the web needs to always do the homework.

Same exact message as the rest of you.  My family lives in Omaha, so I have offered to have one of them come by and check out the car.  We'll see what she responds.

I doubt the name, address, phone number is of any significance - you can't steal someone's identity with that alone (all of that info is in every phone book).  She really just wants the money sent to her account, which I would never do without having the car in my possession.

I actually called the real paypal customer service and they offered little help, however they did tell me that there was no paypal account associated with any of her email addresses. I think I'll offer to fly out with a cashiers check and see what she says.
