Female asked for someone I do not know.  When I told her she had the wrong number she started asking if anyone in my family had diabetes.  I cut her off and said we are on the "Do Not Call" list and please do not call again.

I did not wait long enough to find out if it was a telemarketer or one of those fundraiser companies that found a loop hole to harass people.

Called, did not leave a message.  When called they have a recording that says the call cannot be completed

I recv a call from this number as well.  I have a way to stop these annoying calls.  When it is one of "these" calls I merely answer the phone: Emergeny Services, what is your emergency?? or I make up a dept...we don't have townships where I live so I randomly pick one. Ex:  Percy Township Sheriff's Dept, What is your Emergency?? *I always 'make these up' as I sure don't want to be accused of frauding a 'real' agency!! They hang up and NEVER call back, OR many times they appologize and say it was a missdial...(I have to try to contain my laughter at this point)It works because everyone knows when you call an emergency number, it is traced and recorded!!  works everytime!!

Someone from this number called my cell phone today. I did not answer the call and there was no message. I am getting a barrage of unsolicited calls at home and on my cell I guess because they know people will likely be home over the Holidays. One telemarketer told me these are generated by computer so they have no idea who they are calling. At least they were kind enough to be polite and remove my number. Not so with these jerks.

Called my cell while I was at work so I hit the silence button. A few minutes later a tone went off telling me I had a voicemail. I could hear people talking and commotion in the background, but nobody left me a msg directly. It kept going until my voicemail shut it off.

Got a call from this number on my cell at 3:55 PM, I did not recognized the number so I did not answered it. Called the number back from my office lan line by dialing 9-1-402-403-1551 and it rang 6 times then I got "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check your number..."

Weird.

They just call and do not say anything

At 1900 PST on Dec 4 I received a call from this number. No voicemail was left.

I received a call from this number this morning and the young lady asked to speak to my wife.  She was unavailable, so I said that I was her husband and could she talk to me or would she like to leave a message.  Before I could finish my sentence, she hung up on me.  Now, this maid me very hot that an establishment would have the gall to call my home and hang up on ME!!  I called the number back and it rang once and then went to a busy signal.  Again I called to get the same result.  To think that I have spent 26 years of my life in the armed forces, now medically retired, defending this country and all of its inhabitants, beliefs, attempting to keep it safe and secure.  I think the least that some one could do is be able to say "No, I will call back later" or "What would be a more convenient time to reach her?".  Something other than just rudely hanging up!!!  If anyone knows the identity of the establishment, I would greatly appreciate it if you could email me with this information at Iam1OK@yahoo.com or dwayne.gillis@us.army.mil.

I received a call from this number at 1429 hours.  The caller indicated that he had called the wrong number.  I then asked again and the caller repeated the same message, "I dialed the wrong number."  I then said, OK and hung up.

This number is associated with an on-call medical service who will provide you a Dr in whatever field you wish to talk about, for a fee. I was on a website last night looking for advice about my diabetic dog. When they asked for my cc# I closed the window. They apparently got my7 question and called me tonight to see how they could help. The caller ID said Belleview medical services. In between the time I closed that window and today when they called, I had figured out the problem that was having vets tell me to have this dog put to sleep. It was not necessary. Since pet-sulin has been taken off the market animals with diabetes are using people insulin. It gave our dog a severe urinary tract/kidne/bladder infection. The vets said she was shutting down. I said the smell was not right for that, and took her home and put her on 100 mg amoxitabs 3 x daily. She has shown HUGE improvement.6 different vets after talking with me on the phone said they felt she was shutting down and no, antibiotics were a waste of time..uh..she is playing, eating, drinking and full of energy, more-so that for 6 months. I think she had a low-grade infection, and then with the change of insulin and going into heat, her body was receptive to infection, so it onlyu seemed right to try antibiotics..IT WORKED. I told the people at this number and they said they would inform their medical staff to look for this in other animals with diabetes.

recieved two calls from this number on my cell phone which is on the do not call registry.  the calls came between 7 and 8pm MST. They asked for me by name first and last and said they were with some company that sold medical supplies?  I hung up on them and didn't answer the second call.  If they call again I will repost with the name of the company they gave me.  Sounds shady to me.

As in Tammi's report above of "Dead air", we answered a call that our caller ID said was from 402-403-1551. Upon my husband's third "Hello", which he says with the authority of a US Marine Officer, this caller hung up without saying anything. Total silence until the tell-tale "click".
The call came in about 2:15, US PST.  I was unable to look up this number on any reverse directory, probably because 800 numbers aren't in the public record.  The call was very annoying, and is one of several identical calls we have received recently. I think it's somebody going through a spoofing company.
