MERCHANT CREDIT ADJUSTERS...

I keep getting voicemails from these people, Merchant Credit Adjusters. I call the # back, give them my name and # they are calling. They have no records for me. Yet they keep calling via an automated machine. This is ridiculous!!!

Same thing is happening to me. 402-408-3001 is calling my cell phone over and over.
enough already.

I got a phone call from this number in early morning. Pretty annoying. I saved the number and named it "Do NOT Answer."

I called the number back to Merchant Credit adjusters and was informed there were 3 accounts there. After explaining my financial difficulties, the man (never identified himself) stated they "will remain in collection" and the phone went dead.

I saved her name as crazy debt collecting lady

Same thing here. She called my phone, asked for my parents, and i hungup. ALso saved it as DO NOT ANSWER

Stop calling this phone number.

yeah, no idea who this number is. but its been calling me at 9am sharp the past few days.

If you get a call fro 3001 on a smart phone with bluetooth DO NOT answer, viruses created by "atta-boys" (people who do it for pats on the back) generally go after whoever gives them the biggest response, with smart phones on the rise of popularity they are becoming popular targets.  They have now created viruses in the form of bluetooth and phone calls, what it means is that there is someone within your direct perimeter with the virus on their phone and the virus is trying to get you.  just don't answer it and move out of the area.

Caller left message on my cell phone numerous times..  I called the number, she said her name was Renae.  I asked what business I was calling , All she said was NCA.  With no more info then that I asked that they no longer call without IDing themselves.

Bill was paid to original creditor over 3 months ago for the original amount.

Called my house for someone else and when I said they had the wrong#, the collector was very rude. I have logged thier number and agency.

Trying to collect a "debt" that another party was court ordered to pay. Wanted me to do a bunch of work to "prove" it.
