My banking is just fine without your call, if I have a problem with my bank or you, I will let it be known. Other than your poor excuse for a job and however you justify it, my banking is none of your business- and your business is being in my face then I will drop the bank that hired you. Dude I work there too. And it is a real job. We sit there and call people to get their opinion on where they bank. I get payed 12 bucks an hour to sit and talk on the phone. You can be an idiot and refuse to think of us as actual employees of an actual business. Go ahead and be a dick about it. But just so you know, a** holes like you get the 12 disposition and that's CALL BACK BI*** so expect quite a few more calls ????

I don't believe there's nothing you can do about it.  If your system doesn't work correctly, change your system.   I will NEVER answer this number again because there is NEVER anybody there.

These people don't give up. They have called 4 times just this evening, including twice within 20 minutes. If I want to give feedback about something/one, I will contact that company. 'Jane was great with I talked to her.' or 'I found Dick didn't help at all.' They don't seem to take a hint that we aren't interested in talking to them. Have to see if they really will quit calling within the 48 hours they say on their web site where you can tell them not to call you anymore. If not, next time I will be VERY RUDE to them!

you, sadly, have no clue.  You write your number, or provide your number to a merchant, and they ( or their agents ) CAN call you for follow-up business of  THEIR choosing.

Some people are inexperienced on the phone and may accidentally hang up on you if you, so that's why there's no answer sometimes.

DNC does not apply to us because we're not selling anything.

Its not our individual fault that the phones keep calling you back. We don't actually dial any numbers, its all automated, so we press the button that says, "not interested" but the system may still decide to call you back. Trust me, we'd all love to change that, but there's nothing we can really do about it. We could complain, but we're all pretty replaceable, so we tend not to.

And why, you ask, is a company worker scouring the internet for msr group complaints? Well, I really have nothing else to do at one in the morning and if I could talk even just one person into being a little nicer while rejecting us or even taking the survey (god forbid) I think that'll at least make one worker's day better.

I never said I worked there, I just don"t think the situation is as serious as you all are making it out to be. The place has verifiable information, which must be why they have been in business for so long. Someone mentioned the website on this site and I went and checked it out. Maybe you should take some time out of your O so busy day and do some real research! You are talking in "what ifs"  and I am talking real life. If you feel as though it's not legit, PLEASE prove it! Rather than you ranting once again! Either do something about it or face it.....this is life and you will come across more challenging obstacles than some phone calls for a f****ng survey! Wow, it's really sad to see so many ignorant people in our country! All I want to say is that "402" is an area code, so to say that this set of numbers equal scam please get over yourself! Also if you people think that by having a company call you to do a survey serves as a scam or fraud, then be aware that if you did actually get hit with a scam or fraud you would be too stupid to even aknowledge it! All of the complaining going on, on this site and yet NONE of you have been apart of any scam or fraudulant activities from The Msr Group. It's a freakn survey, how hard can it be to refuse a survey? If it is hard call the company and verify the information before you get on a site talking trash on something so stupid. You are all letting something so small and simple take over your lifes. I had a call from this number, but I didn't know the number so I looked it up and it's so sad to see how many people will go above and beyond to rant about the stupidest s*** ever! 402 numbers are omaha Nebraskans phone area code. The msr group is a national public research firm whom conducts surveys.

I got two calls from "somebody" - their first words are "Do not hang up";  I had just "won" a new home security system - ha ha, I don't think so.  I did hang up both times, and next time I will not even answer the phone.l

caller id says nebraska     so am i supposed to get excited?    duh.... i did not...     JERKS

This is a legitimate survey company that is exempt from do not call registry... if you don't want them to call you, you can go to http://www.themsrgroup.com/removeFromCallingList.php and enter your phone number at the bottom. This will remove your number and they won't call you. Also, they have something posted I felt I need to share, because this is the call I received the other day...  "FRAUD ALERT ? Calls are being placed from a company that has fraudulently identified itself on the caller id system as The MSR Group. If you receive a call from a company promising a free security alarm system for placing a sign in your yard, this call is not from The MSR Group. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted. "

Thanks for saying that everyone in the 402 area code are scams.... 402 is the primary area codes for the state of Nebraska, landline and cell phones.

Area code 402 is real area code. MSR group is real also. BUT they do surveys, like voting. Someone has  Cloned their caller ID. MSR is a victim like rest of us. It has become easier for Scam Artists 2 change caller ID 2 whatever they want. I get several Fake MSR calls a day. BBB has been alerted, but Do Not fall 4 their scam.

I love it!  I tell them okay and then politely let them know I live in an apartment!!!! Ha ha ha
