MULTIPLE DAILY HANG-UPS...VERY FRUSTRATING

The Caller ID says "Vertrue Inc" with this telephone number.  I did not answer, and no message was left.

I called the number given previously (402-661-2000), press 5 for reception. She sent me to Consumer Affairs. I asked to remove my number and gave her the number. She asked for my name, I declined to give it. Let's see if the calls stop, this has been going on for many months. Thanks to the caller that posted the main number for Vertrue!

I too did report this number to the FCC. They call my phone which I have had only for a month anywhere from 1-3 times a day for the past week or so. If I ever do get to speak to them I have a few choice words to tell them.

calls several times a day and when I answer no one is there.  I am on the do not call list.

I tried to unsubcribe which I never subcribed so Im not sure how they got my number but they told me that they couldnt update at this time and to try back in 24 hours maybe they could update then.... STOP CALLING ME

They somehow called my second phone number which only a few people have and I accepted the call thinking it was important.  It's a offer for some "benefits" for my visa/debit card with my bank. They rambled through all of the benefits and that I would receive a free walmart gift card with it for trying out the benefits....and that I could cancel at any time. Also if I cancelled within 15 days there would be no fee. Otherwise there would be a monthly fee for the benefits.  I could barely understand them and they couldn't tell me which bank was attached to the visa card they were calling about. Also, the number they called me on is in no way connected to my Visa card or bank. I had to tell them about 5 times I wasn't interested and didn't want to try anything out. Pretty sure it was some kind of scam. Looks like a number I will be blocking.

I received numerous calls on my work phone from 402-661-2488 even on Saturday.  I answered today, 10/3/2011 and the man said my name and I told him that I wouldn't answer his questions that he was calling a government phone.  He mentioned "Chase" and I won't answer the phone every again.  I wnat to report this as scam phone call.  Do not answer! No caller ID, no voicemail and only 402-661-2488 as the caller ID.

They keep calling my landline phone. I am about to just shut it off. (but since we have security through our home phone I can not.) I just subscribed to their do not call list. If they do not listen, I will just get a different # or security system.

Have received calls MANY times a day from this number for the past few months... I see the no. and let it go to voice mail. They NEVER leave a message. It's just become so irritating. Clearly, I am NEVER going to answer this call, and, if they don't have the courtesy to leave a message, I am never going to call them back.

This number keeps calling my home phone and will not stop - it has been going on for several days now.  It seems as if I am not the only person it keeps dialing.  No one is there when it is answered.  Now is is every few minutes.  I am subscribed to the the "Do Not Call List".

Calls from 402-661-2488 everyday, night and day.  No recording, no person, nada- just annoyance. Switched on the fax machine from the copier to help detur the pest too. A friend suggested, this so now I'm giving this form a whirl! Fingers crossed.

I have been receiving call from this number and I am currently on the do not call register list.

THIS CALL  CALL AL THE TIME  DON'T LEAVE ANY MESSENGER TIRED RUNNING TO THE PHONE .

I got a call from this number today.  They said they were contacting American Express customers but there was NO Name identified on my caller ID. The woman on the other end had a very heavy Indian or Pakistani accent and wanted to offer me a Walmart card. Asked if I shopped at Walmart.....I said no as the closest Walmart is 17 miles away and I don't like Walmart anyway.............I hung up on her. Guess there was no name on that caller ID because they changed their tactics since I didn't answer calls that came up as from Adaptive Marketing.

I have NO Business relationship with this company and I am registered with DNC list

I have told these people to not call any more, but here they are again. How do I stop this? NOW!

This caller is just like all the ones listed here. They call multiple times each day on different phone numbers, do not answer when the phone is answered and are unitelligible when on the line. Some  have ID'ed them as "Adaptive Marketing" and we get them as "Vertrue Inc." as well.... So they are not only changing phone numbers, but company names as well. They are true examples of criminal types and need to be caught and prosecuted as such. Not just for scamming, but also for lying.

Please take my phone number off your list of prospects.

Also getting calls from this number...I have no idea what they want!!  When we do answer you can't understand what they are trying to say.  They keep calling, and calling!!

Receive phone call today left no message.

They call my business at least 2 or 3 times per day and have been doing this for the past 3 or 4 weeks. They never leave a voicemail. The area code is for Omaha, NE. I do not know anyone there or do any business there.

They are obnoxious and I have no idea what they are calling about. This shoudl be illegal because it is very disruptive. They call at work which I thought was illegal. they have nothing to say.

calling twice a day...is this a scam to get money

They call all day long and no one is on the line. It drives me crazy!
And I called back and pressed 2 to unsubscribe after listening to their message for a very long time. The voice says that it will take 8-12 weeks for them to unsubscribe me. I didn't f***ing subscribe in the first place!
