I manage a small business in the DFW midcities area and for the last few weeks had been getting hang-up calls from the 402-727-7797 number.  Since I work alone and some days are unbelievably hectic these little interuptions add up and put a dent in my work day.  I called the 402-721-9330 number a few minutes ago and was surprised when a very professional sounding lady by the name of Joannie answered the phone.  I explained to her about the hang-up calls, gave her both of our business numbers and asked her if she could make the calls stop.  She very pleasantly told me she'd be happy to put us on the "do not call list."  I'll keep my fingers crossed.  I have a feeling that since I treated her in a pleasant and professional tone, etc. she responded in kind.

Received call from 402-721-9184.  The woman asked to speak with the manager who handles cleaning services.  I explained to her that we are a very small company and don't have a need for a cleaning service, and requested that she take our number off her list.  It was if I was speaking to a rock - she continued to repeat her script, even after I told her I am the decision maker and that we have no need for her company's service.  I asked her to remove our name from their list at least 3 times - everytime she repeated her schpeel like a robot (a very RUDE robot).  I told her that if her goal was to get us to do business with her company, she was definitely taking the wrong tactic.

I have had it with this Call Center Professionals soliciting cleaning serves and taking NO for an answer.  I turned them into the Nebraska Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint on the DO NOT CALL registry website.  These people need to get a life!!

Left no message--How do we get these people off my number?

Got a call, no voice mail left.  I attempted to return the call and got no answer is response, just rang and rang.

I received a call from this company and while i did not have a need for the service they were promoting I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and the script or approach the telemarketer was using. I found your complaints as I was searching the number because I am interested in outsourcing work to them. I find the above comments hard to believe as my experience was not in line with yours. Consider this - I'm sure, like all of us you get multiple telemarketing calls EVERY DAY... try to remember they are not all from the same company.

They call you from 402-721-9184. Guy was a real jerk and kept calling after I hung up on him.

says his name is gary ashby and wants to speak to the person who oversees cleaning - says they are a locally owned company and will have someone in our area next week - i have asked them not to call us back but they continue to do so.

It is a cleaning service, they say they are locally owned and have people in the area and want to stop by for a quote - i told them to remove us from their list -

These people call everyday 2 times a day and are very rude. After I told them we were not ineterested Thank you and hung up.  The guy called back and said I wasn't done talking and you hung up on me.  For one I would never want someone who's office is not in our area to handle our cleaning services.  Another if they are that rude trying to get your business just imagine how it would be if they ever got it.  Good luck trying to get anything accomplaished.

I told him that I do not put sales call through to the owners of the company that we have other people to handle things.  He claims that is is not a sales call.........I was born on Friday but not last Friday PLEASE!!!

I recently applied for a job at this call center. I looked forward to gaining employment through them beings I have been unemployed for awhile. I have more than 3 years exp. in telemarketing in both inbound and outbound. I also traveled with a few carnivals running various games. I did that for 5 summers. I turned in my application along with a resume and recieved a call from their sec. the next week. The sec. left a msg saying to call them back around 12pm. I did and she told me they wanted to set up an interview. I told her that today would not be good for me cause I was working the night before then when I got home one of my friends needed help with his car that had just broke down so I had not had any sleep. She than said well our interview process is over for today anyway. I questioned in my mind why did you ask me to call back after the interview process than but she did say she would call me back next week. Then on wed of the next week I called them to check the status of my application. The same sec. told me they were not doing interviews anymore. I explained that she told me the week before she was calling back to set up an interview and she told me she had but did not get an answer and decided not to leave a msg. She then asked me if there was another way to contact me and their wasnt. So she said well I need a way to contact you and have you call me back withing 24 hours. Before I could ask her why she didnt leave a msg asking me to call back within the 24 hours she cut me off and said I will just keep trying. So its not only the reps on their phone that dont act professional their sec. are the same way. If ANYONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY DONT CALL THE NMBER THAT POPS UP ON YOUR CALLER ID. THAT IS JUST THE AUTODIALER. YOU NEED TO CALL THE NUMBER 402-721-9330 THAT IS THE OFFICE #. O AND DONT CALL BEFORE OR TO LONG AFTER 12pm OR IT WILL BE BUSY.

THIS COMPANY CALLED TODAY AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE. I TOLD HER I WAS IT AND SHE THEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE #2 PERSON IN CHARGE. I THEN HUNG UP ON HER....HOPE THEY DON'T CALL BACK AGAIN.

They continue to call and we tell them that the owner cleans the toliets himself, that we don't need anyone else to do it.  They persist in calling back constantly after we have told them to stop.  They should be on my "do not call list".  They will call and hang up with out leaving message or talking, will just breath, got there # off of caller ID.  They won't answer on either phone #, including 877-721-9330, you have to leave message.  These people need to be run out of town on the rail.

these jerks call two to three times a day. asking about cleaning services. I tell them its in our lease and the owner does it and they continue to call. When you call these weasels back they dont answer. They suck and thats that

Asked to speak to office manager.  I said I was.  Said he represented company doing commercial cleaning services.  I said we didn't need any and he said 'probably" not before I could say I office from home.  Wouldn't buy from them when I do get moved into my office.

Called but didn't leave a message. I tried to call back several times but there was no answer.

Our business receives calls from these people every day around the same time.  They always hang up - never anyone answers on the other end!!

He called me asking for the person in charge of making decisions for cleaning service.  I told him I was him.  I asked him if he was selling something.  He said "no" and then went into his pitch.  I then said your trying to sell me something right?  He then stated very rudely no sir something for free is not selling.  I began to say not interested, he then hung up on me.  Note: They are located in Fremont, NE.  He also spoke very fast and sounded angry the whole time I was speaking to him.
