Robo Call --  can't call back -- always goes to  an unidentified auto-attendant

I blocked this number after reading all your comments. Glad that did not pick it up.

They left a VM saying ",,,you are eligible to receive a free wireless home security system...".
Adding them to the block list.

how do I report this number

Received phone call and they asked for a person that does not have this number or live here. Have told them several times. He said they would take this number off there list. Still calling here several times a day. I talked to a friend that is attorney and he stated they are not allowed to continue to call when you are not the person they are looking for. I will be turning this number in with the attorney general along with copy of recording.

Received call 12/17/2013, with an automated message about relief for tax debt. Options were to press 1 to speak with representative or 7 to be removed. I always get the gut feeling that pressing the "remove" option simply kicks my phone number to another robo call list.

got phone call...says security on my caller id....checking it out...security that should call me is from utah....so i dont pick up....i hate this

I get calls from them in class and go out of my way to answer because I don't know if it could be a friend or family member and then it is complete silence. They leave robo messages on my phone and it is a waste of time to listen to them.

SCAM!!!!  Please be warned that you do not need to phone these people back.  They are trying to rip you off.

This is a computer. When I answer it says to press one. After I press one it puts me on hold. Than I press one again and I have to wait for next available person. What the hell is this and I want it stopped. This is also my cell number. I will be trying to get my minutes back.

They call several times a day, including late at night after my kids are in bed. However, not once has anyone EVER spoken. I say hello, but there is nothing but dead silence. After approximately 70 seconds, there is a click and the line goes dead. This has been going on for the last couple of months. I have read in other entries that this is a debt collection agency but I am not in collections with anyone so this puzzles me, so makes me wish all the more they would answer when I pick up the ringing phone when THEY call ME for some unknown reason!

that viatalk service is as lousy as voyage - it taps your internet connection and slows down your computers' connections as a result -- slow like a turtle........................

This call comes in at all hours and there is no one there. I hang up. Now they call, there is noone there, I hang up and try to *69 to get a number there is a recording telling me to press either one two or three, and says that they will stay on the line until the individual can reach the phone!!!!! So they are blocking my use of my own phone!
I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST........does this thing even work??

If you have an Android phone, there are a number of blocking apps: They call once, you add them, your phone doesn't even ring when they call.  I'm not pimping any particular app, just search the market for 'call blocker' and you're find several.

Got a call from this number. No one answers, it is a robot. Very annoying at 7pm in the evening and to my cell. Which is on the do not call list.

Robo calls to cell phones are illegal.  Why can't we block them?  Hanging up does not help.  I get 2 or 3 a day.  This # is not the only one.

Caller Calls Business Daily and hang up when we answer.  War Dialing is illegial and they need to be stopped now

The calls are from a business named West Asset Management, which appears to be a collection agency.   I have received three calls today on my cell and each time they ask for a person that I do not know.   Each person that calls has stated that my name will be removed from their database, however, the last person informed me that it could be listed numerous times for numerous people.   Evidently somebody is giving out my cell number to this company instead of their own phone number, and I am also tired of them bothering me.

This number calls every 2 hrs some days. then not at all ... then late @ night.. leaves NO MESSAGE..I call back on the # and it just rings and rings ...no one answers.... or if it does answer it is a automated system that keep me on hold !

I get robo calls from this numer everyday at 8 am. Nobody ever picks up and this is my cell!

They keep calling my cell too, but its a robo call.  Need to find a way to block this number...

they keep calling my house everyday too here and earlier a person answered and told them no one by the name of michael rausch lives here!!!!!! if this keeps up im calling the better business.

I was getting the same number calling my tracfone about 3 times daily,  and I called tracfone and they changed my number...you might have to change you number to make it stop
