I was charge 29.95 on my card and I do not know whose number this is.

This just happened to me, thank god I called my bank just now

I had a charge on my debit card for $29.95 that I didn't authorize and this number showed up. Bank of America contacted me right away because the charge looked fraudulent to them. We had to cancel my debit card because it looks like my number was stolen and what the thieves do is put a small charge on the card to see if it goes through without sending up any red flags. If everything goes through ok, a few days later they'll charge a much larger amount to the card.
