Since this Mike Richards keeps calling and asking for the owner, I decided to give him a call back. I asked for the owner and before he could say a word, I asked for the owner again and again and again...When he did get a word in, explaining the owner wasn't available, I returned the favor and hung up on his a**.

The name we were given was Jack Hines....doesn't want to leave a message, just wants to talk to the owner.

Our company also is getting calls from this person/number. Same ID, SMS and same number. Calls and wants the owner then immediately hangs up when he knows he is not going to get through to the owner.

This "Mike" keeps calling, saying he's from Cathy Richeson's office in Lincoln - I am the owner of a business, and keep explaining to him that we're part of a national franchise that doesn't allow outside assistance of any kind, and then he hangs up. The company name is SMS, but I still can't find out who the heck they are and what the service is they're offering! He told my assistant it was a personal matter, but he couldn't pronounce my last name properly so it can't be anyone I know. . .and he does call about once or twice a week - how do we stop this nut?!

Barb, I get the same dope Mike calling me non-stop....I have even put him through to the owner and the owner has told him to stop calling and he continues...I now know his voice right when he calls...I am trying to find his number to block it...What a complete moron this guy is...

Call and ask for owner by first name only. After I say they are not in ask if a different owner is available. I tell him none are in at this time. They just hang up even though I ask if they would like to leave a message. They called last week and started again this week.

Call and ask for owner of company. When I say he's not here and offer to take a message, line goes dead. Actual call termination is about 90 seconds later. Happens about twice weekly
