No that person doesn't work with the Quest Corp.  That company is simply the the phone company that the individual has an account with.

ok this phone number called me mon,tues,wed,and thurs around the same time everyday...i called the number back rang a few times and then got the whole this number is dissconnected thing. so i googled the number and  just so everyone knows the person's name and address is....

Got the call and the hangup, sounds like the call was trying to redirect but failed as it took several seconds and clicks before it finally disconnected.

We got a phone call from this number too and I called them back. The phone rings several times before the "disconnected" message kicks in.  If a phone is disconnected, that message plays the second you dial, not after several rings. This person has made their personal message the "disconnected" message. This person is smart and is intentionally trying to make people think it isn't a live phone number when it really is.  Is there a way to report them and let someone higher up deal with it?

I get calls from this number every day for weeks now. I call back and it is "disconnected".  Every time I answer they just hang up. Every time I do not answer, no message is left.   What's the point caller?!?!?

You know with the all the new phone APPs out there that allow you to block calls and put on the message that this phone is disconnected, it doesn't surprise me one bit that this is the same thing.  Call it what you will but I think it's a programmed message saying its disconnected.

Calls every day no answer. does not leave a voicemail, when I try calling back goes to recording saying it is disconnected.

called twice, no message. when i called back a recording said the number was not in service.

Just got a call from the #.  When I answered, he/she hung up. Get a clue.  We have better things to do then harass others. This caller needs to get a clue.

They called me too. I am not answering it. I just come here to see if the number is on here before I even answer if I don't know who it is.

I also should have mentioned that this call was followed up by another number (775-332-0444) which is apparently a fake debt collector. Interesting that it was not even 5 minutes after hanging up with the call from this phone number. I once again state: I have no credit cards and no debt, so I don't know what these people are trying to pull.

Yup, as others said, called and asked me for all my credit card numbers so he could change them to a lower rate. Um, for one, I'm not an idiot, and for two, I don't HAVE any credit cards, so how could he possibly be from my credit card company?

Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.

These calls are coming from call centers in Costa Rica and India and they are using spoofed (false)
numbers, which in itself is illegal. They do cold calling for or sell the leads to numerous companies in
this country and they know that what they are doing is illegal. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises, Timeshares or Security Systems but if you follow the money it usually ends up in the hands of an American LLC. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay. Another course of action is to contact phone companies to find out why they won't block spoofed numbers. With today's technology that should be an easy thing to do, unless they are somehow profiting from the use of their systems.

Robocalls are illegal unless you have given them prior permission in writing (not worded into some small
print contract from a 3rd party) and are absolutely illegal to a cell phone.  The Telephone Consumer
Protection Act permits individuals who have received certain unlawful telemarketing, such as junk faxes
or telemarketing calls, to sue the violator in state courts where they may be awarded up to $1500 for
each violation.

Received call few days after applying for a credit card. How the hell did they get my info?

I get calls from Omaha, NE 402-895-6523 three or four times every day.  Most of the time when I answer there is nobody on the other end.  Occasionally they ask if my wife is home then they hang up.

this number calls at least once a day but when I call back the message says it's an out of service number.No message ever left

same crap as always, repeted unwanted calls.what good is the do not call  if nothing is ever done to stop these calls.

I received this call today, no one answered, rang again, hang up, voicemail, but nothing there.  What the heck is this and when are these people going to get a real job and quit trying to screw people?

This number keeps calling never leaves message and if you call it back It's disconnected or no longer in service what's up with that?
