These scammers are apparently using VOIP from out of country for their robo-calls. Virtually impossible to track them down/shut them down.

Robo call claiming that they can lower my credit card rate.  Press "1" to speak with a rep.  I get so many of these calls that I'm beginning to recognize their voice.

Scammers -- they claim they can lower your credit card rate yet they can't tell which card they are talking about and want you to provide them with the number.

They also called me at bloody hell 6am !!
